This is absolutely an amazing place and I could have not picked a better community for my mother to live in. They have gone above and beyond to meet the expectations my family had for them for my mother. She is very well taken care of and has an amazing apartment with lots of great amenities. The food is also a huge positive, the chef knocks it out of the park when it comes to his cooking. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into a five star property for there loved one.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place! The people were friendly, and the facility itself was brand new. We ended up selecting a different community, but this place is definitely worth a look.

The staff are very very responsive. They are on top of any issues that may arise. The food is great, beautifully presented and they have their own chef. They have nursing care available around the clock and they are great. They offer daily activities as well as field trips.

The tour I was given was a good job. They were on time and knowledgeable of the community. The interaction I seen appeared to be kind and respectful towards the residents. I think I was offered a complimentary meal but I didn't have time. This is in a great spot and it would have been suitable.

When visiting EPOCH, I found my experience exactly as I hoped. I found Nicole to be professional, experienced, and extremely helpful. The facility was beautiful, and I immediately made up my mind to bring my Aunt there. I look forward to working with the staff at EPOCH.

Everything is working very well for my step father here at this community. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. They are taking good care of him and his needs. We are pleased with The Bridges.

I can't begin to say how happy i am with this community. The staff has been so wonderful to my father and family. The meals along with the portions they offer are great. They assist in taking him to doctor's appointments and taking care of his medicine all for a flat rate. I love how they are always communicating with us. I know my father feels like this is home.

Love, love, love, LOVE it! I can't say enough good things. It was a no brainer, especially for memory care. Most places just have an area for them. These people are specialist, here, they know what they are doing, it's all they do there. The people are friendly, and the facilities are beautiful. I want them to have a 10 out of 5!

I really like it there. The facility is brand new. I like the fact that it is small and the staff is extremely excited. The staff is involved and also they are not burned out there. I like the facility a lot.

The staff was wonderful there. They would have had everything there that my Mom would have needed, but she died before we could get her moved in. I would like to say that I would definitely recommend A Place for Mom because they were very helpful in finding a facility.

I was impressed by what I saw here, I'd give them 5s across the board. Overall they're just a very good memory care facility. We toured a few places and they really seemed to understand Alzheimer's disease care here better than the other facilities we saw.

I thought it was a very good tour. The place was brand new. But I didn’t see any residents that were quite a bit younger like my loved one. And it was also the most expensive place we saw.

+ Entire staff is responsive and care is wonderful + Resident care is suburb, staff interact frequently with my Aunt and keep her involved in many activities. + Medical care services are very good, from routine health checks to intervention when needed, excellent success with medication management(getting her to take her pills!) + Beautiful facility, great accomodations - Food is sub-par although balanced. Would expect higher quality food for $9310/month. Would be 5 stars if not for mediocre food.

My mom has not yet participated in many of the activities offered. I am hoping this will change once she gets settled in more. The staff are very good and we have good communication with them, however I think they may need to add more staff. The food is fine and my mom seems to like it.

My loved one now needs extra assistance so she pays over [fee removed] per month. She no longer eats food, but will drink Ensure. I have to buy the Ensure myself. This aggravates me and is the reason for the lower score on #5 and #7.

Waterstone on High Ridge is a beautiful facility. The staff members are quite nice. Communication with the family is good, although no one checks on independent living residents so they can be passed out on the floor until another resident asks for a well check. The move in process was good. There are lots of activities and shopping field trips, although my mom still feels somewhat trapped without a car. Overall, it's very nice but also very expensive.

This is very difficult to answer. [name removed] goes from wheelchair to bed with a lift. He does not interact with other residents or family. Bridges is fine. No place is perfect. No complaints.

Nurses are very friendly and helpful Room size is very nice Mom has her own private bathroom Mom has a room on the first floor Just outside is a enclosed walking path/garden and patios Each community is spacious for all residents to move around

There have been a few hiccups along the way but overall a decent and more importantly a safe place for my dad to reside. I would recommend to others.

Really my only disappointment was with the senior staff once my mom moved in. They didn't check in during the first few days and also when she came back from a hospital stay (on hospice) they didn't check in for days until I reached out to them. Otherwise, Waterstone at Wellesley is a great place.
