I recently just visit my aunt at the James. I loved my Aunt unit and how updated the appliances were. Everybody was so friendly when I walked in the building staff and residence. My aunt really loves living at James because she has made friends and has some activities for her socialization. I 100% recommend the James to any buddy 55 and older looking for a great community.

They’re just recently visited my aunt who lives at the James. This was the first time that I had visited her since you moved and I was impressed and how modern apartment was. When I become the right age, I would definitely think about moving in here.

I just recently visited James. My first my first impression was it is a queen and friendly environment. The minute I walked in everyone read me with a smile the staff was very knowledgeable on this community and it could be a good possibility. I will be moving my family here.

Wonderful people great atmosphere staff is amazing the residence are wonderful overall 10 out of 10.

I visited a resident and toured the entire facility. The residents were engaged in activities, appearing very happy and the people I asked stated that they loved living at the James in Ferndale. It was very immaculate, clean, and welcoming. Great Lakes Wellness is the care team and was doing free blood pressure checks and they have an open office where residents can drop in anytime. The manager was very friendly and answered all my questions. I can definitely live there myself.

I recently visited the James in Ferndale. My first impression was this Senior community was beautiful from the moment she walked in the doors. Staff was very friendly and very helpful on answering all of my questions and concerns. My tour was fabulous with [name removed]. She was so excited and was a pleasure to interact with. I will be placing my family member in the next couple of months when we are ready to move. I recommend this place just from what I first encountered.

I recently came and visit my friend who is living here at the James. The stuff was so great on directing me to the apartment of my friends and told me which way I needed to go. I was able to join in and trivia. The staff made it so much fun for the residence where everybody’s laughing and having a good time, I really recommend the jeans because the staff seems to be there for the residence and not here for a paycheck.

The staff of the James is wonderful. They allowed me to throw a little birthday party in the game room for my grandmother who turned 90 it was great to have our own little space and be able to celebrate her 90th birthday with friends and family. the staff made sure that the room was reserved and all we had to do was clean up after herself. I have no complaints on this wonderful property.

I recently visited the [name removed] to see my grandma. My first thought of the jeans was clean and beautiful. I asked my grandma how she likes the jeans and she replied, loves it because the staff was friendly. The residence are also friendly and I feel safe all by myself here. I would recommend this to anyone that has an older family member.

This was the first time visiting my aunts. I thought the jeans was a beautiful communities for my aunt. I love how the staff treats me and how each unit is unique. My aunt just moved to end and she’s already loved the people that she met here because they got so friendly.

I loved how the staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. I will be choosing The James for my parents based on move in special and how clean The James is.

My dad loves the safety of having 3 floors to walk using his walker. He gets lots of exercise. My mom enjoys several of the activity groups she has joined. They are actively trying to get friends to move in there as well. They love it there. Rent is very affordable.

The staff is helpful and friendly. They have lots of activities for socializing and the facility is very clean.

Great place for your loved ones. Feels like home. You know your family member is loved and cared for.

Being at Oakhaven is like being in one big family. The staff treats you like family and makse sure you are happy safe and well cared for. Being able to have a pet is a big plus. Maintenance is quick to take care of your needs. There are activities available for any of your interests. Meals offered are delicious and healthy. There is no reason to ever be bored at Oakhaven. Calendars are always full of funs things to do and places to go. I am blessed to be here.

Grand Haven Manor is a clean, well maintained facility. The apartment sizes are just right for one or two people. There are many amenities, though some require additional fees. The location is very nice, with local destinations easily accessed. The staff are always ready to assist with any administrative problems that may arise.

My mom is very happy living there. The place is kept very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have plenty of activities for the residents to do to keep active and socialize with each other. My mom is very outgoing so she goes to a lot of the activities.

Some people living hear complain of things not getting done but I have not had the need for extra services so I can't say personally. So far so good. The facility is top notch! very friendly. There seem to be a lot of good activities. The value for the money is very good.

Westhaven Manor is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are spacious, and there are plenty of activities available for the residents to stay engaged and connected.
