The staff are super friendly . Room is great. She is eating well & getting meds. She is happy there. If she is happy, we all happy. Easy going, friendly, mom gets to visit and make friends. Enjoy her lunch with friends.

Value for the money, I think it's too expensive and they should have washer and dryer units and the rooms for what they're paying. However, it is right down the hall and they are doing fine with it. Overall experience has been good. Staff are friendly and the restaurant workers are wonderful. Cleanliness is excellent, and the apartments are spacious.

I like my mom living there because they take good care of her even if she's not so nice to them when they're trying to get her cleaned up. I like the staff. The only thing that I sometimes have a hard time with is the communication. It is there but it could be improved more. Overall I wouldn't want my mom anywhere else.

When the time is right for my parents to move into an Assisted Living facility, Waterford is one of my top choices.

The Addison by far meets our expectations. For over a month I toured and visited seven ALF’s. This place made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in. The cleanliness, welcoming staff, and the happy residents was the sign that we found the right place. When touring with [name removed], we learned it was a square and easy to get around and find everything. The staff at The Addison is attentive to their residents and always helpful. All of our questions were answered professionally. [name removed] was easy to talk to and helpful in all of our decisions for our mother at The Addison. We know that we made the right decision and found the very BEST place for our mother and all her needs.

I really enjoyed my tour of this facility. It was a nice size (fairly small), very clean, and the studio apartment was well laid out and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and it is definitely the type of place I could see a family member living in.

I recently toured The Chateau and I was genuinely impressed. The cleanliness stood out right away! Everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to answer questions and make us feel comfortable. What impressed me most was the strong family-like atmosphere; residents and staff interacted with such warmth and care. It really felt like a place where people are valued, supported, and encouraged to be as independent as possible.

The feeling of touring this community was completely different from any others I’ve visited; and trust me, we have visited A LOT! From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and full of life rather than institutional. The staff was genuinely friendly, the residents seemed happy and engaged, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and positive. There was a sense of connection and care throughout the community, making it stand out in the best way. It didn’t feel like just another senior living community—it felt like a place where people belong and want to live. While I was there, I heard multiple people refer to Legacy as their home, which to me, says a lot.

The community has a warm and friendly atmosphere with inviting common areas and plenty of opportunities for socializing. It’s clear that residents have choices and are able to live life on their own terms, which makes the environment feel empowering rather than restrictive. Overall, it feels like a place where seniors can thrive, maintain their independence, and enjoy a high quality of life. I would highly recommend visiting to see the difference for yourself!

I watched this facility being built from the ground up. The grounds are nicely kept, the inside is very nice, and there is always something going on for the residents to enjoy. The outings and events for them to enjoy seem to be well received and appreciated. I actually enjoy seeing the posts on social media. Well done!

I occasionally play music for residents. The facility is always super clean, and the staff is efficient and courteous. I have never observed a resident needing attention that was not attended to in a caring manner.

I recently toured this facility and all I have to say is wow. Staff is friendly and they were engaging with the residents, it’s very clean and I felt everyone there was happy to be there! I appreciate the welcoming I received.

The minute I walked in here my husband and I knew we were "home"! Everyone was so friendly - everyone! They do so much for us, always... They have so many fun things to do, you never get bored. The food is wonderful, and your choices are wonderful too! It's just wonderful here!

I have lived here for almost one year and really love my apartment. It is just what I need for comfortable living. The space suits me perfectly not too small and not too large. Staff is also wonderful and very helpful.

I placed my wife at the Magnolia Trails in mid April. After caring for her for almost 3 years, she had deteriorated beyond my abilities. We were uncertain as to how she would respond in her placement, but the Staff is beyond our expectations and has become her family. They are kind and considerate and treat her lovingly as would we, if she were home. My 30 year old granddaughter told me: "Papa, if I ever ended up like Grams, I would want to be placed here." High praise indeed. We are thankful for this caring place.

The apartment my mom has is a studio and is about [Amount removed] a month and doesn't offer a kitchen but she doesn't need one since they provide all meals and snacks. It does offer a fridge and microwave though and that meets her needs. They have a ton to do to get the residents out about in the community and offer transportation to get to appointments. She is part of a garden club there too which she really enjoys. Overall a great experience so far. They also made the move in process easy. There is always someone who is available to answer questions. I would recommend

My husband is a resident, and he and I couldn’t be more pleased! His room is spacious, the meals are varied and delicious, many activities are offered, and the staff is outstanding! Thank you, The Waterford of West Bend!

It’s a great place. The apartments are very spacious and the pricing was great. [name removed] was our guide and is great also.

Impressive structure, roomy, many functional activity rooms - library, theater conference, area for puzzles or games. lacks in crafts and arts-limited activities and outside trips for wheelchair users. Cocktail hour and open door policy on alcohol-inconsistent with alcohol rehab, rather it supports and encourages use.

Everyone here, from staff to residents are so considerate! We have all kinds of activities every day, bingo and Spintopia are my favorites. I haven't been here long but I'm already great friends with the girls, we do each other's nails and love supporting each other. The food is excellent, I appreciate the variety at each meal. It feels more like going to a restaurant every day! The salads are the best. If there's ever a problem, there's always a staff member ready and willing to help. The chapel is beautiful with a great minister and priest, who are both just excellent. Also, every time I look out of the windows, it's just beautiful. I have a family of ducks I go looking for every sunny day after lunch. The Lodge is just a great place to live, and I am so happy to have moved in!
