[name removed] was delightful, took me everywhere, spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

[name removed] was great, not only providing info about the community and services, but also general tips and guidance about navigating this process.

Very impressed with this facility. It was modern and clean. Everyone was welcoming and they all seemed community oriented. Our guide was very knowledgeable. It may well be our future residence. I liked walking into the book and magazine room.

Very well organized and presented an excellent overview of the facilities. A pleasure to see such and beautiful and well-run facility.

My experience was very positive. Stacey was amazing . No doubt once my mother adjusts to her new home she will see what I saw when I toured your facility. It is bright, every one is friendly, and property is maintained well.

When searching for Assisted Living Care for my dad, we chose Wingate at Pleasant Bay in Brewster, Ma. It is a small attractive facility with friendly warm staff. My dad adjusted quickly, largely due to there care. There are daily activities and because of its small size, it's easy to get to know the other residents. I highly recommend Wingate at Pleasant Bay.

[name removed] walked me through the facility. She was professional and personable. All my questions were answered appropriately. The Inn was clean, beautifully open to light and relaxing group areas. The grounds well kept. Of course my main concern was the staffing ratio and care offered to the residents. I'm currently touring more places but would give this one a second look.

Very nice facility nestled in the woods overlooking the silver lake. nice ameneties lots to do depending on your preferences. Residents seem like they are very happy. Outings and special entertainment. Beautiful property very nice people. Residents and staff . On-site medical services Shuttles to take you to your providers.

Impressive facilities. Great host for the tour. Very accommodating to my specific requirements. Could use more visitor parking.

My brother especially complimented the dining services, food was exceptional. They provided a great respite care for my brother while his children were away. I would recommend to others

They treat the resident with such care and are great to the family members. Definitely recommend

1. 5 2. 5 3. 5 4. 3 (The medical care is at the ease of the staff, and not individualized enough because the nursing staff is two floors away.) 5. 4 ( I don't deal with them enough to have a valid opinion.) 6. 5 7. 3 (There are some that are very good, like poetry and story reading, but too many that treat clients like children.) 8. 3 (There should be more help in the neighborhood so that the residents have someone to sit with or walk with them every day. There isn't enough help at night and, as you know, some residents are awake in the middle of the night. Pay the CEO less and the workers more and you will have more workers available and they will be spread less thin.) People need to learn about what to ask about when they are looking for memory care units, and just touring the units and speaking to the people who are trying to get spaces filled do not reveal the full story. The staff in the Neighborhood are excellent and work very hard to take care of the needs of the residents. I simply think there should be two or three more of them so they could have a bit more one-on-one time with the individuals. (That would lead to more employee satisfaction and cut down on any burnout they may be experiencing.) Also, the receptionists do a good job of welcoming us when we first enter the building and, overall, the staff at Wingate are friendly and kind.

The entire staff (front desk, maintenance, nurse, all assistants) were amazing and treated my mother so well. My mother required oxygen and they always checked in on her to make sure her oxygen batteries were charged and that her breathing was ok. My mother did have some hospitalizations and the staff were quick to respond and detect a problem and quickly send her to the hospital. Despite my mother's illness I felt so safe having her there because I knew she would be taken care off - I was able to take vacations and have peace of mind. My mother recently passed away but I know that she felt at home at Windgate and was happy to spend her last days there

My mom and I had a very productive meeting with [name removed]. [name removed]asked great questions of mom and answered questions we had. We had a great tour of the community. Mom said after our visit that she felt Wingate was warm and inviting.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Wingate. It is very welcoming and helpful. The place is always clean and well maintained.

My aunt is having a great experience and loves it. We are happy with Wingate.

My dad has been at Woodlands since the beginning of October and is very happy there. The staff is wonderful, the entire building is very clean and he likes his apt. very much. It is a smaller facility so they have plenty of activities but not as many as a larger assisted living place. The food is fine. I think the biggest advantage Woodlands has besides the excellent staff is that because of its smaller size, people that live there get to know each other quickly.

My grandmother is very happy there. She has become very active and is socializing more than ever. Staff are very kind and helpful.

She did well there with all the encouragement from PT and OT and is doing much better at home. She liked all your services and the food.

[name removed] had my brother's best interests at heart! She communicated well with family to give him one month respite. [name removed] liked the food and dining services very much. Good quality meals and choices.
