The trip was just what I needed to see and the explanations were right on. I would like to pursue. The property is clean. The rooms are good size. The food looks excellent and I did have a chat with a manager of the food production. Pardon for me not commenting sooner. There is a problem with “power of attorney “ that is nonsense.

The staff is truly wonderful! Always there to help with anything! 1,2 bedrooms, gally kit, laundry fac., nice bathrooms, bedroom closets good size. COME SEE!

The staff is incredible. They know everyone by name. They have created a culture of happy people that are welcoming to all. My mother has a one bedroom. It has plenty of room for her personal needs. The amenities are accessible to All and welcoming to All. She has plenty to do every day all day.

Solana had a bright and airy feel. The staff was amazing and had been there for a long time. I felt that the services offered and environment were exactly what we were looking for

Kind, caring and excellent. Could not have been a better staff, facility, environment than it is!! My mom loves it there. The staff and care went above and beyond! Anyone looking for a wonderful caring community for their loved one, who is in between personal care/assisted living and "full-on" memory care the "bridges" community is ideal!! My only regret is that we didn't find Arbor Terrace "bridges" community earlier!!

Overall we feel very fortunate that we found Arbor terrace for my dad. It is a very good fit for him and we don't worry about his safety or his well being.

The facility was amazing. Beautiful floorplan and great amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to everything. Whitney provided with a tour. She was very informative and answered all my questions.

Arbor Terrace is a safe ,friendly, clean and comfortable residence where the caring atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The Executive Director, Farah Siddiqui, is an exceptional leader who is always available to residents. Undrey Fuller, the business Director, it’s friendly and equally accessible.Uluwehi “Vayhee” Uyeunten, Sales Director, is sweet and makes every interaction feel welcoming and comfortable. Brian Thompson, the Maintenance Director (who oversees the housekeeping staff) ensures everything runs smoothly. The housekeeping team doesn’t exceptional job in our apartments once a week, and laundry service is provided weekly as well. Chi Chi (Chinonye Nwachukwu), the Wellness/resident care, director, lead the nurses and care team with dedication. The 24 hour nursing care is invaluable for peace of mind. Many activities are planned throughout the day. The entire staff is compassionate and consistently goes out of their way to make the residents happy. -

Our tour guide/sales representative was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the seeming bond between colleagues and care givers throughout the facility and the manner with which they treated residents. The building itself was very clean and quite well-appointed, and the mature trees off the main patio and along the walking path were lovely. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrance to anyone looking for personal care in the Newtown Square area.

Everyone who works there takes their job seriously. They really do care about the well-being of the residents. Everyone is helpful and friendly to the residents. This facility has somehow managed to cultivate a very healthy and happy workplace.

Very friendly staff. We feel confident with the nursing staff. My brother seems content with the overall staff. Pretty much available to answer any questions. Plenty of activities to choose from & outing to go on if the resident is interested. We are very pleased overall.

Nice community. Staff seem very caring and professional and residents appear happy and well cared for. A smaller facility, probably better suited for older, less active seniors than those with a more active lifestyle.

The only shortfall would be there response when the resident hits his button,according to[Name Removed] it takes over a half hour to respond. [Name Removed] is doing and his daughter and son feels good knowing he is in a safe place

The caretakers have been very helpful and pleasant. My cousin has felt very comfortable with them. She also has responded to the PT and OT provided. Solana also has provided a variety of meals.

The time they took to get to know me and my parents to understand our needs. Their willingness to work with me and support me throughout the entire process.

Entry and exit are well controlled by staff from receptionist to RA's to nursing. The staff is familiar with all residents. First impression when you walk in the doors is one of a vibrant and active assisted living facility. Even the memory floor has an active and lively atmosphere. You can tell the staff is very interactive and caring group of professionals. There is a full activity schedule that allows residents to interact as much or as little as they want. The activities director and other staff make it a point of to get residents to participate in all the activities they offer. The food is good and well balanced for residents needs. The facilities decor is that of a nice hotel. The most outstanding thing is the staff. They make this a place you can feel comfortable having your loved one living here.

It's a very nice facility. The staff were all very pleasant. Very clean, and everything looks new and clean.
