Personal Care at Evergreen LLC

It was a good move for my dad, he likes the staff and the food is good. He enjoys having a roommate and has learned to play bingo! It's an older building but it's clean and he's safe there

I give them all 5, I am 91 yo and think a coming chest x-ray will show a terminal ca, for which I would decline lifesaving care and opt for hospice care here which length of stay here i could afford and still allow me my only bucket list wish which is to leave a little money to my children rather than spending it on just lengthening my days as they continue proceeding to have more and more physical hurts. I tried hard here to intetest residents in reading, poetry, color books. water colors without success. they do enjoy bingo and somewhat dominoes and scrabble. might have success w uno but imo it has been hi input w minimal results. I think our population here best served in that regard by involved one on one staff socialization in re areas of residents interest. my experience here suggests to me that many usa people would benefit much by early involvement in arts and culture that they would just normally continue on self motivated in later life and leave space for those who follow us. imo a place we here can afford must watch its budget for us, and that includes a staff who must struggle hard to financially survive day to day. sometimes we elderly may be tempted to be complaining about about things that imo we would more helpful to accept graciously. I have learned much from being here night after night. I surely believe usa is moving into more and more into difficulties in re affordable care that elders need and do not see hope in future. Highly recommended for people who could not afford higher level of care or for whom life bucket list goals for selves and families are for the elder to have a safer and humane level of care with residents being able to bear with some necessary unavoidable physical difficulties of aging, and not picky re minor negatives that can appear w the basically healthy diet here, but bucket list include ( instead of spending to extend life to the max) to be able to leave something to their children to ease their futures

Carrying Staff, considerate, kind, give me complete information about my mom, Call me if they think I need to know or if they have questions about what they should do or what they need to do,, only place I can recommend or my mom wants to be since she can’t be in her home any more. I believe she is in a safe place. The building is clean, food is tasty, have substitutes if mom doesn’t like what is on the menu. Five STAR

It was a difficult decision to make, but we are happy she is doing well there. She is nonambulatory so I didn't know if they would be able to take care of her. They all do a great job. She is now getting showers regularly and gets her hair cut on a regular basis. She loves going to bingo and exercise class. She tells us the is not bad, and I have plenty to eat. I like that a nurse practiser is there weekly. It was a good decision to put her at evergreen. I know she would like to have Sunday church services.

I can honestly say I have been through a few nursing homes / assisted living and Evergreen assisted living is one of the best places I have been for my loved ones my aunt and uncle both are there and the staff are great there very hard working and have respect and dignity couldn't be more pleased

Very clean facility with staff focused on meeting the needs of a diverse type of patients. Facility is not loud or disruptive and patients aren't running and wheeling around the facility causing havoc and disruption like many I've visited.

My loved one is currently a resident at Evergreen of Washington and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The food, care services and staff are great. They went above and beyond getting my loved one transferred from a rehab facility to this one. I would definitely recommend Evergreen of Washington to family and friends.

They treated my mom like family. The staff took time with her and made sure that she had the care she needed. They helped her get to bingo and other activities. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for families needing a place for their loved one.

Very friendly, very responsive and dedicated to keeping the residents well engaged. Great communication between the community and the families I would recommend this community to others.

The friendly and caring staff are the hallmark of Evergreen Assisted Living. The meals are as expected.. Average. Activities are limited. They need an activities director.

Staff was wonderful, care was as good as it could be with the staffing level present. Have recommended Evergreen to other families.

Our loved one has not participate in the activities or the meals and dining service so we cannot comment on those. Staff is great- very patient and caring. They go above and beyond to keep MIL content Roommate is very needy and causes stress but staff tries to intervene.

The facilities size and features are a good fit for her needs. Staff to patient ratio was favorable. The facility is pretty quiet and has easy access. The flexibility for us to handle her prescriptions was beneficial. PT in facility along with blood work in house if needed was also beneficial. Small lunch room is less chaotic than most other competitors. Keypad entry for regular visitors would be nice rather than walking in. Name tags would be helpful for the staff. We know them all now and they wear name tags sometimes. We visit almost every day so we're tuned in to the day to day operations.

We chose Personal Care at Evergreen because it was the closest to where I live and work so I can visit often - also if there was any problems I could be right there. When I call they answer my questions and are very responsive. If they are not there they call back in a timely manner. I would recommend the facility to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience, it was completely spotless and the furniture was very nice
