My mom loves it there & is so happy which makes us so happy. Everyone I had the privilege of speaking with was so understanding & caring. The knowledge they shared gave better insight on things we had no idea about! Appreciated everyone that helped with this difficult journey! Thank you all!

My Mother has lived over a year at Brookfield Memory Care and has received exceptional care and attention. The CNAs give her the attention she needs, including affection and the warmth of sincere caring. The professionalism and knowledge of the CNAs, the Registered Nurses, and the Senior Staff allows our family to know she is receiving excellent care and attention. Too, the staff know me, her primary care giver, and welcome me any time I am there. They let me know how she is doing. the 24-7 RN has been incredible! He knows exactly how my Mom is doing, answers any questions, and keeps me informed on how she is doing. Certain CNA's are especially attentive and have become a good friends with our family. I highly recommend Brookfield Memory Care.

My mom resided in the Brookfield memory care and she received the best care! The all inclusive pricing made our monthly cost so much more affordable than the other nearby MC communities. We lived in another community before Brookfield and the price for levels of care became way to expensive. Paying more did not give us a better quality of care. The apartments and building get great lighting from the large windows and mom loved being able to enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful courtyard. They did a great job of keeping the building clean. The staff was always helpful and treated my mom with respect. I would highly recommend Brookfield for anyone searching for a caring place for their loved ones.

They are caring, loving, wonderful people. Their care single handedly gave us more time with our mother because she was in a horrible place, health wise, before moving to this facility. All her lands completely turned around just 3 months of living there. She asks everyday if she can live there forever.

We are very pleased with this place. They went above and beyond getting our mother placed in a matter of days. Yes, we would recommend Brookfield Hot Springs to other families based on the experience so far.

In Memory Care the medical staff especially, Nurse [name removed], has been able to speak to him in a way that relieves his anxiety. I have complete confidence that Brookfield Memory Care is the best place for my dad.

All of the staff that I encountered were friendly, at tentative and helpful. They have caring staff at Brookfield.

It is a small place, quiet. I wish they would encourage my dad to join more but that is up to dad. Based on the experience so far, yes we would recommend Brookfield Hot Springs to other families.

My experience with A Place For Mom was a positive and productive one. They narrowed down my choices of placement for my mom which only took one day to find the best place for her. I 100% recommend using A Place For Mom.

The staff had a passion to know the residents and interact with them hourly. Everything was very clean and fresh. They encouraged family visits and were always welcoming.

The facility for memory care is small, only 12 rooms, which gives it a nice homey feeling. The staff has been there for a long time which I felt was a plus. They reach out to us with any concerns and genuinely show care for the residents health and welfare. You furnish the room for your loved one which allowed us to make it very much my mom's style and comfortable.

AIl the staff treat my dad like he is family. He is greeted by name by all the staff. They check on him throughout the day and evening to see that his needs are met. I know from personal experience that the food is delicious and nutritious. A wide range of activities are offered during the week. Everything from an exercise circle to bingo. The entire facility is well lit, clean and maintained. Transportation is available for doctor's appointments, beauty appointments and going shopping.

It was very close to my sister's house so she could check on her easily. They allowed pets and had an enclosed courtyard with units that opened onto it. The supervisor was very helpful to us and very caring to the residents. I would definitely recommend this facility. They became family to my mom and to me and my sister. They looked after my mom very well and always called if there was an issue. Lots of activities for residents and many outside groups also came in to entertain or provide church services. Very clean facility and always decorated for every holiday. They really care about their residents.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean and nice facility. Units look and feel like 1 bedroom apartments (feels more like home than a medical facility). Some units open to enclosed courtyard..nice to sit outside on nice days so patients don't feel "closed in". Single price, not Ala Carter pricing like other facilities making it easier to budget expenses.

They are wonderful with my dad. The facility has always been clean. The patients are treated respectfully and they have something going everyday for activities. Seems there is a high staff turn over but they have all operated with the same standards. My dad likes it there. He was unhappy about going to hot springs but now he does not want to move.

My mom was previously a resident at Brookfield Bella Vista and it was a great experience. They give very personalized care. They were very good about cleaning every day. They knew their residents and family. My mom was always was neat and clean. The staff was great and the program was always trying to get her involved. She loved the food there. They also put her at a table where the other ladies made her feel apart of the group. They had lots of activities. They would come get her if she didn't go, she forgot a lot with her dementia. I felt it was a good value for the money. It is a smaller facility and that was good for my mom in her situation.

Brookfield is a very pleasant place with very caring staff. They have been extremely helpful in many different ways: transportation to medical appointments and provision of information to name a couple. The medical professional on staff are very nice and helpful also. I picked this facility due to its location (near other resources), they have both Assisted living and Memory care, and for the cost.

The updated rooms of this community were beautiful. Loved the color choices and everything was fresh and clean. Residents looked happy and were very friendly.

[name removed] went out of her way to make sure my grandmother was not only taken care of, but HAPPY! She has made so many friends & talks GREAT about Brookfield! 15/10 for s!! Thank you for treating gma like your own!

Experience has been excellent. Quality information was provided up front and service and price for care has exceeded our expectations. Quality of care from staff and the attention my wife gets has been excellent as well. Very glad we chose Brookfield to care for my wife.
