Volante Assisted Living of Lake Orion has exceeded all my expectations as a son seeking the best for my elderly mom. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmth and positivity from both the staff and the facility. The staff is exceptional, showing compassion and care in everything they do. They genuinely get to know my mom, ensuring she feels comfortable and valued, and have helped her thrive in this new chapter. Their commitment to creating a safe, secure, and loving environment is evident, and their communication with families is impressive. The facility is clean, inviting, and filled with positive energy, fostering a strong sense of community. Knowing my mom is in such caring hands brings me peace of mind. My mom was in memory care and all of the the staff were absolutely wonderful. She settled in quickly, they took wonderful care of her and she was quite happy there.

Both staff and residents are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Admin staff- some are available and responsive some not as much. Food - varies from day to day and meal to meal. Lots of activities, always something to do if you choose. Value for cost - a little hard to say as we moved from a more expensive area. I strongly recommend investigating Volante of Eugene before making a choice.

We have been looking for an assisted living facility for my aging mother for the last year. Volante of Creswell is a brand new facility and we have attended 2 of their events so far and we can say without exception this place is going to be a 10. Both the Marketing Manager [name removed] and the Executive Director [name removed] exude the type of caring and fun personalities that made my wife and I both want mom to move in here when she is ready for the services of an assisted living facility! Everything is brand new and I can tell it's going to be a great spot for active seniors to live. There is also a brand new memory care facility under the same management team being built right next door!

We are thrilled with the care that our mother has received at Volante of Lake Orion. We trusted the leadership team immediately and have not been disappointed. The building is very nice and clean but the most important thing is the caregivers and they are such gems. My MIL is so happy and we wish we would have made the decision sooner.

Our experience with Volante has been amazingly good. My mother used to beg us not to put her in a residential home and we attempted to keep her independent in her home for 5 years. We had all kinds of things in place which allowed her to remain independent until she fell and broke her hip. After surgery and rehab we determined that she needed more care that we could provide. I went to five different homes and we chose Volante because of its size and the level of staff interaction with the residents. The facility is very clean, the residents are known to the staff on a very personal level and the residents lead a busy and engaged life there. Recently my mother asked me if she was going to remain at Volante for the rest of her life. I replied “yes” and she looked around and said, “well it’s very nice and I’m happy here.” I would recommend Volante highly and that is a big deal because everyone of the places recommended by A Place For Mom were exemplary.

Having had 30 years experience working in Senior Communities. I went searching for the perfect place for my very independent 102 year old Dad. I was heading on vacation for a month and needed the perfect assisted living place. I knew what he liked… and I found it in Volante of Chesterfield. I brought his table to play cards, his own bed of 75 years of sleeping, pictures from home, his recliner to watch the birds on the patio. He was invited to eat with a table of social men in which they shared Guy stories. He attended a Veterans Club run by a very experienced Activity Director. She always came by his room to invite him to card games, church services, music programs, exercise programs. The nurses and care team made sure his pills, room, and laundry needs were met. I probably was one of their hardest clients to please. I knew what I wanted for my Dad. They gave my Dad the independence he needed. I was given the gift of knowing my Dad was in the best place for him. Thank-you!

The food is absolutely fabulous. They work one on one with residents on exercises to help memory. Many different activities. Every month they "visit" a different country with food, decorations pictures cultural information on the regions. Families invited.

The entire staff is kind, caring and professional. Relative to some other recent experiences VOLANTE is in a class by itself. We could not be happier with the personal attention and care provided to my mom.

A wonderful community for seniors. Beautiful, small community run very beautifully by [name removed], Executive Director. [name removed] not only runs a wonderful Activities department but makes sure everyone attends as well. Everyone is raving about how delicious the meals are. Overall a great community with wonderful and compassionate staff.

As long as the person is independent, this is a nice place to live. Those with memory issues, specifically, should look elsewhere. They don't have the staff for that type of care. Bright airy rooms with view. Pleasant, welcoming staff. I also wish that housekeeping was more frequent that twice a month.

After being referred, my journey began. Upon my initial calls with the Sales Director at Volante, I felt like I was explaining my needs to my best buddy. From our first encounter, she truly understood and went beyond in accommodating me. Observing her with another family, I knew she sincerely ‘cared’ and wasn’t ‘in it’ just to add another resident to her roster. When we met, I felt embraced by a solid ‘all things Senior’ professional. On tour, she was one-on-one with every resident we encountered. She took time to acknowledge them and offer her genuine smile. Very touching. she introduced me to staff members. Everyone was so nice and I knew that they truly gave their all to their work. I felt embraced by both residents and staff… such a loving family. I knew, in my heart, that Volante was the absolute right place for our friend and with her guidance, we are moving forward.

I am writing this review with my friend that I brought in to tour the facility. We absolutely loved the facility and the staff that greeted us. They were so welcoming and professional. We enjoyed the tour. Everything was so clean and nice. All our questions were answered. This was our first facility to view but I can see it will be hard to beat.

This is a wonderful place. [name removed] is very friendly, caring, and helpful. I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and support provided. From the moment we arrived the company made us feel welcome and at ease.

As a new build we are going through many adventures in this new start up! Volante is a great company to work for and really strives to support their employees. We plan on opening this beautiful community and providing excellent care in 2025. Come see us and learn about what we have to offer!

My wife and I have had the best experience in moving to Volante of Eugene. It has been easy to acclimate to our new surroundings, because the other residents are very welcoming. We are encouraging our former neighbors to join this amazing community. The staff is a class act. We appreciate their smiling disposition, their eagerness to help, and their ability in making us feel comfortable. The many planned events, exercise classes, and activities are so enjoyable. Having been here just a short time, Volley Llamas and Bones & Balance are our favorites so far. So much fun with so much variety. We picked an apartment with the perfect floor plan for us. The bonus is our own washer and dryer. Without a doubt, this place gets two thumbs up! The food is absolutely incredible, need I say more?
