New Perspective has been everything they advertised. Nice, clean and welcoming. Also helpful with other questions and resources. I would recommend.

We have had a great experience with New Perspective of Oakdale. [name removed] and the front desk staff are always very helpful with questions, and everyone has made my mom feel welcome. She has only been there a few weeks now, but so far all has been good. I would give it a 5 on the scale! Since she is independent and been there such a short time, I don't know enough of the other staff to comment on. But everyone we have seen around the facility is friendly and always has a smile!

They really pay attention to their clients I would absolutely recommend New Perspective Minnetonka.

I’ve been living at Westlake Woods for a year now, and it’s been a game-changer. The community is warm and welcoming. Lots of engagement and I enjoy spending time in the beautiful courtyard doing gardening.

We moved our loved one from Ohio to The Winds in Pennsylvania., Everyone at The Winds was very helpful!!!! Our loved one transfer was better than we expected. Although it does take some time for our family members to adjust to a new facility. The staff members have been wonderful!! Which helps knowing that our family member is being well taken care of!!!

We spent a lot of time looking at other facilities. We checked corners of hallways for cleanliness, dust on light fixtures, how the staff greeted people not only us, room designs, security, programs for residents, and of course cost to live there. Many more things but how the facility is managed was very important.
