We placed my mom here in June 2023 and she loves that it is small and homey. She loves the caring staff and the wonderful meals they prepare. She enjoys sitting on the back patio and listening to the pond and being able to eat her food and drink coffee outside. There is a lot of staff for this size of a place. It is clean and smells good. Go tour this place you will not be disappointed.

Excellent professional personal care for my husband gives me peace of mind. Caregivers keep the residents in activities constantly. Birthdays and celebration of holidays involve the families of residents - grateful for that!

Autumn Grove Cottage – Champions is a wonderful place for our mother to receive the care and compassion she needs on her Alzheimer’s journey. We had initially moved her into a different “memory care” facility, but it became apparent that the care and oversight Mom needed could not be met there, so we had to begin the search all over again. The moment we walked into Autumn Grove Cottage – Champions, we felt it was the place for Mom – warm, inviting, calm, clean, and very “homey”. The open plan makes it easier for the staff to interact with the residents and make sure they are safe. It is so much quieter there than any other facility we visited – an important attribute for Mom, and for us. The staff is warm, caring, knowledgeable, and steadfast. Turnover is almost non-existent. That one factor alone speaks volumes as to the company, the management, and the staff. Our family has much greater peace of mind with Mom being a loved one at Autumn Grove Cottage – Champions.
