What we like the most about Valenica at Draper is the care and the cleanliness and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It's affordable. It's an older facility but good. My one bedroom is just large enough with a stacked washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a gas fireplace. A selling factor for me was a storage shed and covered parking for my vehicle which is necessary for winter. Also included in my rent is once a week house cleaning and meals in the dining room. The staff and residents are friendly and nice. The meals are family home cooking food. I am happy to be living here.

The facility has been acquired by another company since my mother was there. I believe a lot of the staff I dealt with are still there. The staff were kind and so cute with the memory care residents and very accommodating. The food was amazing since it was prepared by a former Park City and Salt Lake restaurants professional chef. He enjoyed preparing nutritious and fabulous meals for the residents. I was there most days around some meal time and couldn't believe how good the food and snacks were. I can't remember his name and I'm not sure if he is still there. I know that [name removed], the GM is there, [name removed] the finance person and most of the care staff who have been there for years and love their jobs.

My mother never wanted to be in an assisted living facility. A few days in she loved it. The people were so kind. The staff works hard to make sure they take care of everyone. Making regular checks to make sure those staying at the facility were well cared for. Regular activities that keep individuals busy with freedom to do your own thing. It was an amazing experience. My mother passed away in the facility. The staff came in to say their goodbyes, while bringing friends my mother had made at the center to say their goodbyes as well. The staff was very caring and gracious. The facility was kept very clean. Wonderful place to know your aging parent is cared for

My mother has few and loose teeth so she cannot chew many of the meals provided. But the food is always yummy. There always seems to be something offered. I am very grateful that my mother can live at Ivybrook. Her social security covers almost one-third of the expense and I must come up with the rest. It's all I can afford. Hopefully there will not be a cost increase. Yes. I have recommended it to others already

This place has been a breath of fresh air I move my fogger from Georgia due to lack of adequate care at the facility in Georgia and the VA Hospital my father has done a complete 360 since being at this facility and the VA Hospital here in Salt Lake City the staff is very loving and they genuinely care about the residents unlike what my father endured at the previous facility where the staff complained and it was just a job to them I am so happy I made this decision the only regret is that is that I didn't move him to this facility sooner.

It’s been a great place for my parents to live. They have a kind and caring staff the food is pretty great, and the location along the creek is phenomenal. When I visit my parents there are many things to do that are close by. Shops, restaurants, Wal Mart right across the street, etc. but you wouldn’t know it when you are there, it’s in a private, quiet, peaceful enclave with a beautiful view of the Wasatch mountains.

Truewood is a great place. My Aunt likes living there alot and has made friends. She wishes the food was better.

The facility was very nice and the memory care techs were amazing. The staff liked their jobs which showed in the loving care they provided to the residents. The food is fabulous. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs care for aging parents or family members.

I would absolutely recommend the community at Escalante of Draper to anyone. I would encourage them to talk to the staff about the process of transitioning a loved one. They helped me so much. I would say that the community is warm, welcoming, and very relaxed. Feels like home! We picked this community, because of the staff. When I took a tour, the director let me talk to the residents themselves about what they liked. The staff here bends over backward for the residents. They treat me like family and take incredible care of my mom.

What we really like about this community is being able to visit at any time and the friendliness and competence of the staff. Given the chance we would recommend the Escalante at Willow Creek community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We visited Truewood in Taylorsville and I was pleasantly surprised. This is such a hard thing to do, to put a loved one in the care of someone else, but i will say that as we toured I felt that the staff there genuinely cared for their residents. As the marketing director took us around he was able to not only answer our questions but reassure us of an of our concerns! We will definitely keep in touch!

They are amazing. Every single staff knows my mom by name. Even the waiters. As soon as you walk in they know her story and everything about her. The staff is the happiest staff that I have ever encountered. The level of care given for the price is unbelievable. The quality of care given is even better. I would 100% recommend Truewood by Merrill Cottonwood Heights to anybody who is looking for their loved one.

What an amazing place. The wonderful smells from the eating area were so inviting when I arrived. [name removed]- my Community Relations Director took the time and gave me a great tour, even though I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. He knew the members by name and everyone was very upbeat and happy. He went above and beyond to get our loved one taken care of. We are looking forward to having our family member in this very clean, friendly and positive community.

Truewood By Merrill Cottonwood Heights gets 5/5 stars. They are great, wonderful, and amazing at everything.

The staff and management have been so wonderful and accommodating. Truewood gave my mom everything she wanted to keep her independence and more. She has a beautiful view of an expansive backyard and feels comfortable and safe. People are friendly and welcoming and so are the dogs. This place was a godsend. My mom will have a better quality of life and an abundance of opportunities to be social and active!

Escalante at Willow Creek was my first choice. I would have placed my loved one there had it been my choice to make. It seemed to be a good value. I thought it was a step up in terms of activities and food over the other places we toured. The staff seemed more friendly. My loved one chose a different community because Escalante was slightly more expensive, and he doesn't like to spend money in general.

We toured with Truewood by Merrill Cottonwood Heights and overall had a great experience with them. The reason we did not go with this facility was just due to the bigger size. We were looking for a smaller facility that had less residents since our loved one is more shy.

The tour experience was wonderful and the staff were all great. The tour guide was fantastic and really interested in my loved one and trying to find out about her. The thing that really appealed to us was the fact that it was a smaller facility with less residents. It looked like everyone was very friendly and we figured the activities provided would help her integrate into the community. It had a fantastic view and beautiful courtyard. We had mom all signed up but unfortunately she was never able to move in due to her health declining.
