Let's not forget the Caregivers and Front Desk! There are no words to describe how Grateful and Thankful I feel to have found Juniper Village of Chatham for my Brother for the Care and Skilled Nursing they have provided him!?? Continued Blessings to All of Them!???? I know 'How Hard' it is to find locations that will fit the needs of Family Members looking for Assistance!?? To have been able to find 'all of this' in one location is a Blessing!

The atmosphere feels like home. The staff are kind and friendly, my mother in law loved her care givers!! I would recommend it

Nursing staff is exceptionally good and very patient with difficult residents.

They were wonderful! Clean, professional care givers, compassionate care, organized, experienced employees and nurses. large room with private bathroom.

Caring and attentive staff who truly seem dedicated to the residents’ well-being. The activities offered help keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected, creating a welcoming and positive environment.

Everything was great, we all enjoyed the visit. The staff was friendly and courteous. The building was exceptionally clean and orderly. The food was exceptionally good, and the eating area was nice. My mother was surprised at the place and was impressed. She liked having her own room and furniture. I think she will be happy there once she gets moved in.

They enjoy the food. Talk to A place for Mom. Your organization has been very helpful as my family navigates through the unknown. Although it's been a very difficult time, A Place For Mom has made the process much nicer with being able to talk with compassionate people.

Best experience we could ever ask for. Staff is amazingly caring and upbeat. Food is available most of the day. Restaurants are very nice and clean. The whole place is beautiful. My dad has a studio room and it has a kitchenette, bathroom with walk in shower, nice balcony and the room is a nice size. We are extremely happy with everything there. It is like a resort. We want to live there.

Diane Hill, the director, answered all our questions and did a thorough price breakdown. Even lunch with our mom was offered. The place is a beautiful historic restored building. The only thing lacking for our mom was a safe area to smoke outside. The rooms and the Alexa system in them is great.

They could flavor t food and make sure the food is served hot there are lots of games for dementia that help keep folks active ...unskilled service people and the food didn't look appealing! The plate must b colorful! Just constructive criticisms coming from someone who spent 5 days in Juniper village but my lifetime in service!

My husband and I live 2 hours away and are looking to relocate to the area. The administrator [name removed] who had given us a virtual tour was great and very thorough with covering everything Juniper has to offer. LOOKS LIKE A WONDERFUL FIT FOR OUR NEEDS.

[name removed] was absolutely amazing. She was took her time explaining everything, kept me in the loop and was very patient. I brought a family friend to tour and he chose this place for his lovely wife.

I would tell them my mom truly enjoys living there and the food is always great, and they can make special meals at the resident's request, as necessary. The service is wonderful and the staff always seem happy to work there. Overall very pleased with the facility and what it offers for the cost. ? I visited other facilities and, while they were nice, this was closer to my home and my mom wanted that, along with the fact she loved the room layout and the huge bathroom. This was an easy choice given the facility is relatively new and they seem concerned about the resident's well-being, along with a myriad of activities for various lifestyles. I would recommend to others.

Staff was friendly and clean environment. Hoping my sister get accepted to stay their. The tour was great and I feel the program would be a good fit or my sister.

We recently moved a dear relative into Juniper Village from a hospital in NYC. I can't tell you how inviting and smoothe the transfer was to Juniper Village. [name removed] was so kind and helpful. The entire staff came out to greet us and made our cousin feel so welcome and comfortable. Since our cousin has been atJuniper she has been able to quickly make new friends and be apart of the community. We feel very blessed to have her there at Juniper Village and are exceedingly thankful to the entire staff.

They show that they care. It's so much more than an apartment community. [name removed] in the restaurant really knows my dad. I would recommend them for independent living. I don't have as much experience with the assisted living/personal care side.
