I really like here, everything is really great, and everyone is always so nice. Activities are amazing, we are doing every day different activities.

Is a very nice place to live. I miss my house sometimes, but the staff are always checking on me and helping.

I toured different communities before finding a place for our mom. Everything was new to us, and we had many questions. We toured Novellus Kingwood three times as a family. Two of those times were with the sales assistant—she is amazing. The last tour was with the activity director, who was also incredibly sweet. I love that they’re selling you the community, but what makes this location different from other competitors is how genuine everything feels. During our tour with the activity director, it happened to be lunchtime, and you could tell she knew every single resident. The way the residents interacted with her said so much about what a good place this is. Our mom isn’t ready yet, but we’ve already made our decision: we want her to be part of Novellus Kingwood.

Its a very loveable place. Food is good. Activity is great, we are doing craft and have nice social club. going to restaurant and store. even casino trip

The activities director at Novellus Cypresswood is a dynamo and really gets the clients energized. That was one of the main reasons we selected this facility. The staff is engaged and aim to please. We also have added medication services to my sister's care. The Resident Care Coordinator helped us to get my sister settled in and are looking closely at the level of care needed as time passes. The chef is there and ever present to ensure healthy meals and so far my sister has no complaints. Finally the Biz Office Manager has also made the facility rules/bylaws and financials a breeze. Very happy to have my sister in her new home at Novellus Cypresswood. Just to be clear my sister has special needs and is on the autism spectrum. The care at Novellus Cypresswood has demonstrated the understanding and patience required.

My sister has lived at Novellus Kingwood Assisted Living for a year. She is very happy there due to the love and kindness showed by ALL of the staff. She loves her room which we have decorated with personal items. She feels comfortable moving around to other locations in the building. When she needs help it is available. Novellus definitely feels like home and family. As her caretaker, I feel comfortable talking with all of the staff about her care. When she is anxious, they treat her with respect. All of the staff works well together and there is low turnover. She enjoys the other residents who she sees at meals and activities. The activities are well planned and she is encouraged to attend. Family is always welcome to participate in activities and special family activties are a treat. I recommend Novellus Kingwood to anyone who wants a safe, efficient, respectful place for a loved one. The thing that stands out about Novellus is the personal care she receives.

My father moved here in late July. It is so fulfilling to see him happy, healthy and thriving. The staff is wonderful and caring. Thank you Novellus Stockton for the professionalism and the caring staff!

My parent has been at Novellus for 2 years now and she absolutely love it. The management is experienced and caring. The ED is approachable, responsive and deliver results. No place is 100% perfect but Novellus is as close as it gets. Small and comfortable that suits my loved one.

During our nightly FaceTimes Mom has been telling me how great it is to live at Novellus Kingwood. She loves being retired and getting to watch football and read whenever she wants. She loves not having to cook or clean or remember when to take her meds. She expressed a lot of gratitude to us for finding her new "little home." I just wanted y’all to know.

As a current resident, I absolutely love the staff at Novellus. It's my home and I couldn't be happier. I love that we all have our own private space and restroom. The care staff is amazing. We have family events and holiday dinners that brings tears to my eyes because the staff do a superb job with decorating, music and the food is amazing. Our last event we had a golden harpist player. It brought back so many memories. I hadn't heard the sound in so long. I am so thankful to be where I am treated with dignity, respect and gently reminders of my era.

My dad more and from Ohio. We could not take care of him as we needed due to work. We found Novellus Clairemont online and immediately was welcomed in. They were able to more in my father in 5 days. We appreciated the prompt service and loving attention to my dad from the staff. We are forever grateful to Novellus for the dedicated service.

I toured this community for my mother and I will be depositing this week. I was very impressed with their resident happiness factor and the vibe was really nice. Residents seemed genuinely happy to be there and the staff were very nice and respectful. It made my mother feel at home

I recently moved in and am so happy here. The service has been amazing. The staff is very respectful and the place is very clean.

5 on all - seriously its an amazing place. It's small. Memory care only has 13 beds. Great staff knows the family members by name. Always getting updated when we can't be there. They get everyone out of bed everyday. Good food and activities.

[name removed] , the Community Relations Director was a big help, in fact all the staff are personable & helpful. [name removed], activities director, plans wonderful activities for the residents. I like the way the various variety of events are posted in the lobby to encourage participation.

I personally have not been there yet, but will be visiting on the 19th. But when I've had questions or needed assistance, I've received prompt replies from Shanel. Most importantly I'm basing my rating on my father...he's happy and that's what matters!

I have been living here for a few years and I absolutely love the community. The staff is so friendly and I get great care here. I'm happy to call this place home.

I wanted to write this review on the behalf of the new ED and staff. Immediately he fixed the billing issues. I had been waiting months to resolve. I'm so glad he's here for my mom.
