Very nice place. Unfortunately they are not available for respite care. For long term issues it seems like an excellent facility.

The tour at American House was very nice. All of the associates were very friendly. I took notice of their interaction with the residents. They were very kind and polite to each and everyone. The tour was very informative.

[name removed] is doing very well at American House. The activities, the Fellowship, he seems very happy. This has been a blessing. Walter attends Sacred Heart Catholic Church across the street. He is able to walk there. They also have mass right in his building. He has been going weekly. I've been very happy with American House.

The place is very nice. It has a first class atmosphere. [name removed], the Marketing Director, is very knowledgeable about the industry.

[name removed] was a gem. She took ample time to show me around the facility and answered ALL my questions.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Number of activities available. Quality of healthcare.

Some of the most caring people I’ve ever meet from sales, customer Service, chefs, nurses, housekeeping, and administrative staff. I would highly recommend this facility. During a stressful and uncertain time in our lives, we were provided a level of service and compassion that was incredibly outstanding.

I Recently moved some family members into this facility. All the people working there were great. The food was fantastic, and all of the events I attended with many of the residence were fun and lively. The staff was amazing. Everyone was professional, compassionate and friendly. The medical and management staff were extremely helpful. They took the extra time to help and guide us when we needed it most. I am grateful for their dedication and commitment to excellence. We are all confident our family is getting the best care available!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the care they have provided during my mom and dad’s transition to assisted living. Moving into assisted living can be a difficult and emotional process for both residents and their families, but the staff made it as smooth and comfortable as possible. [Name Removed] have been incredibly supportive, attentive, and responsive throughout the entire process. The nursing staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents, giving our family great peace of mind. The chef also deserves recognition for providing delicious meals and accommodating residents’ needs with care and attention. Working with Miranda at the Village throughout the whole process from our first tour through move in was amazing! She listened to our needs, was and is so friendly, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She also offered great incentives. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They really go out of their way to help residents feel comfortable in their new home. Same goes for the residents. It's a wonderful community.

[name removed] done an amazing job explaining the facility and took me on a tour and showed me everything. And with that we are placing my day at the location.

So many enriching activities. Live music multiple days a week. All of the different services delivered in house. A bus driver who is willing to accommodate in almost any situation.

They are caring and try to accommodate. They have a medical team on premises. They have a variety of food! They have a lot of activities. I would definitely recommend to others.

This home is very well run and very professional.My husband has been a challenge since moving into memory care and the activities coordinators [name removed] and [name removed] have been amazing.They have gone above and beyond to keep my husband occupied during this transition period and to that I am very grateful.They are both very caring and outgoing young ladies and are exceptional in their field.Anyone needing a very clean , caring home for their loved one should consider knoxville American House especially if they are seeking an abundance of activities and outings, [name removed] and [name removed] are your girls Thank you

The administration and the staff are amazing. They are so friendly, caring and compassionate. It is easy to see that they love what they do. The food is delicious. Overall it has been a very positive experience. So happy mom is now living there.

They stayed on top of everything and continue to check in with us until we found the right place. I would recommend and already have.
