Had the tour with [name removed] at the Commons. She was very friendly and informative. No high pressure sales like some others.

The director was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable! It was a great tour!! The tour was very helpful in making our decision and my sister was excited to be going there. Even the tenants we met were excited and friendly towards us and welcomed my sister there!

The staff, food, cleanliness, activities, room and the caring of each and everyone was awesome here. Father said he felt like he's been at home. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

They took great of my mom. I was able to not worry about my mother because I knew she was safe and in good hands there.

Very welcoming. Was given written information to go back over at a later time. Was allowed to talk with residents and see how they felt about the place. Shown the facility which was very clean and had a nice smell.

They are able to work with residents needs and provide individual care. Mom's room is really nice and she loves it. She would like to do more things outside in nice weather. I'm Not aware of all the activities available.

I would tell them it is a great place. If I ever need assisted living it is where I want to go. I would recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living

Ease of intake with office staff and cooperation as we had to move my mother into a memory care facility early.

Thank you to the entire staff at Seabrook Pointe. Everyone has been very informative and made me feel at ease, regarding my brother’s care. The facility is super nice and clean, located in a beautiful area of Daphne Alabama. My wife and I talked with some of the residents and they are really nice. As a family we have seen that our brother’s need for professional care has increased. They offer a wide variety of activities, from shopping to restaurants. Thank you Seabrook Pointe.

The staff is caring and accommodating. Clean. Mom loves it, so that's really all that matters. I would 1000% recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. The intake director really made us feel comfortable and really hammered on about how much they were looking forward to her staying there. We felt like more than customers.

Wonderful place but it does not offer the care we need. We need a 24 hour nursing home for an individual that is paralyzed.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with the staff at Country Cottage. They were responsive, respectful, and caring. I could've have asked for better care for my brother (who was blind by the way) while under their care.

The staff is excellent, and the cleanliness is excellent as well. The room/apartment size is perfect. The dining, however, is not very diabetic friendly.

Magnolia Manor is a very nice place. Everyone I meet was so nice. The view out of the windows was of trees and nice landscape areas.

The director was very friendly and answered all questions we had. She also gave us a folder with information to take with us, including prices. This is a small place and it was clean and smelled good. During our tour, there was a group of residents having fun playing bingo. We were shown the inside and outside of the facility, including rooms of different sizes. When we first arrived, the chef made fresh cookies for us and they were very good.

I was very pleased with this facility! The building was clean and inviting. We were there in the late afternoon and they were just starting to serve supper. The residents were cheerful and engaged in conversation as they gathered, the food smelled very good. The common rooms were bright and had comfortable furniture and of course large TVs. The hallways were wide and easy to navigate, there are two sizes of resident rooms, with private complete bathrooms. One of the main things I liked is that this is a small facility, only 26 residents with 2 available rooms. The person that guided us on the tour was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, and I had a lot of questions, I have called back several times and talked with her. We actually liked it so well that we have secured a room for our loved one.

Very clean, bright and inviting. The staff was friendly, and the tour guide answered all of our concerns. The only reason we did not take the open vacancy was the patient requires daily dose of insulin and they do not have a nurse on staff to administer it. I was disappointed because I did get a good "feel" about the facility.
