The staff is caring and attentive. The cook makes sure the residents always have plenty of food. [name removed], the physical therapist, is amazing. They set clear goals for the residents and encourage them every step of the way, helping them stay motivated and achieve those goals.

The staff have been so nice and accommodating. They bring her meals to her when she doesn't feel well enough to go to the dining room. I really like that it's a smaller one-story community. It makes it much easier for my mom to get around.

Extremely clean. Rooms looked great. People there were pleased. Coming areas looked real nice. You get to finish and decorate room. Staff were real nice.

Very nice staff, very clean rooms. The room size was perfect for what my mom needed. Mom enjoyed the 4th of July celebration they did.

I would give them a 5. The staff has been really good and responsive if I had any questions or needed to talk more about my mother's care. FYI, the facility has changed ownership and now is called The Grove.

Keeping Dad in his home or caring for him in our homes just simply did not work. My sister and I decided, with the help of A Place For Mom, to explore a memory care assisted living for Dad. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Gardens of Statesville. They have went above and beyond to take care of Dad. Although any in home care or Assisted Living is costly, you really can't put a price on peace of mind from knowing Dad is safe and cared for.

Staff is very caring and will work very hard to care for family members. Very clean facility. Food was just okay in the memory care. I didn't observe any activities. Staff is very forthcoming with updates but for regular daily or weekly information you need to ask.

Love it! They have been great for my mom. Like the smaller group at the home. All the staff and administration have been wonderful to help with any questions. She loves the good, games and trips that they do.

I am a great friend of one of the residents at Emerald Gardens and I enjoy visiting my friend often. Every time I visit I observe how clean and well kept everything is. The staff is attentive to all the residents and the activities they provide for the residents are Amazing!

I have been living at the campus for 6 months now and I am so happy to moved here! I love music and now I am able to play the baby grand piano in the front lobby and enternain my friends and family when they come to hear me play. I enjoy all the new people I have met, the staff and other resident and everyone is so helpful and kind. I look forward to many more days with fun filled days of activities, great meals and knowing there are people around me all the time when I need support.

Emerald Gardens has met our hopes and expectations for our care and support. We have been here a short time but we know we can count on all the staff to help with our needs in every way. The food and activities are wonderful as well. We are very happy and completely satisfied with our decision to move to Emerald Gardens.

When I first got to Emerald Gardens I was very sick and took awhile to improve. I believe I would not have made it this past year if it wasn’t for the excellent care I record from the staff. I am now able to care for myself but still enjoy the friendships, meals and activities they provide for us residents. I have met a lot of new people and made many new friends. Very happy to be a part of this great campus!

Emerald Gardens has began to invest more in staffing equipment and facility improvements in the memory care area. They have added a supervisor and part time activities coordinator. That has translated into allowing the memory care residents to participate in many of the assisted living events and offering them more structured activities. I'm very pleased.

Our parent is new to Emerald Gardens. We are pleased on how they welcomed her in to the community. The whole caregiver team introduces themselves. They are kind and busy all day providing kind care to the residents. The facility is clean ran proficiently. They offer many activies for the residents. Our family s happy to have my parent residing there.

Rooms are Big and Bight. Lots of activities for the residents wholesome meals. Opportunities for socialization visitors welcome participation in activities encouraged transportation to medical appts hair and nail service for residents.
