I chose this one mainly because the door to her room was locked. I had an experience with my Uncle. When he returned to his room a woman was in his bed. She had no idea where she was . All 3 of the places I looked at were clean. I took a chance on the ridge. I had to pay a fee that was high in my opinion to pay for cleaning her room after she left. That high fee kept me from looking for another place if I was disappointed.

The facility is staffed by pleasant people who genuinely care, the facility is clean, well maintained and interactive. The staff knows each resident by name and address their needs. We would absolutely recommend The Ridge at Oregon City

I would give them a 5 on everything. My mother has finally "settled" in. She is very active, is feed well and the staff has been wonderful. She has a urostomy bag and it her other places, her room would smell of urine due to accidents. Not here. If they have to clean the floor everyday they do. It is also all inclusive for pay, so we don't get dinged for any of these extra services. Highly recommend

I'm so thankful this place was recommended to us. They got a lift for him and got him up a few times, pureed his food for him, staff was always very attentive with him and they even kept his roommate out of the room on his last night so we could be w/ him in private. I just can't say enough about this place! I just found them very accommodating to my dad' high needs and friendly to me. Staff always seemed engaged w/ the people living there.

The nursing and care giving staff are very nice and helpful. This facility has recently undergone management changes and they are still working out the kinks. They are very well staffed at this facility and my mother-in-law seems to like it there.

I can not rate the rest. My mom passed away within 48 hours of arriving. Her care was provided by Dayton's hospice team, not River Oaks. She didn't have any meals or anything there. We only paid a deposit and for the days she was there. Dayton Hospice was wonderful. But if you ever want reviews on Hospice of BlueAsh. They were an absolute money hungry nightmare. I would never recommend them to anyone I cared about. Everyone we encountered at River Oaks was amazing during that awful transition for us however.

Robinwood was an excellent fit for my husband. He was well cared for and as content as possible. The facility has changed owners and managers since my husband died. I do not know how it is now. . A place for mom was efficient and helpful when I really needed assistance.

My mom was only there for not quite a month and a half and then she passed away. But while she was there they were all so nice to her, and always made sure she was included in activities. I really felt that she was at a good place there. The food was very good, and if she wasn't hungry at meal time they always offered her snacks in between or even a sandwich or something. And the aides would take the time to visit with my mom and get to know her.

Communication with the family was great. The staff was super friendly and caring. Several even attended my dad's funeral. The meals were excellent and we had plenty of opportunities for family to join in the meals with the residents. I would recommend The Ridge at Lansing to others and already have.

Staff is very caring very accommodating for special needs and always available to help. They're also very encouraging the resident I feel it could be more nutrition based foods, like more fresh veggies and fruit.

I'd say I like the amount of people I like they get them up and going and how nice they are.

Nice clean facility, staff very caring, professional and friendly. Food ok. We chose the Ridge because it felt very homey and comfortable. One place we looked at, we really liked the staff, but it was very sterile and stark.

We love how Edgemont took care of our mom! Beautiful facility, great for walkers, outside patio and waterfall are so peaceful and relaxing. Caring nurses and caregiver staff. Excellent food and the social activities are fun and engaging. We looked at many places for my mom and nothing compares to Edgemont place. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Once you visit it, you'll love it. Having the rooms furnished also helped a lot!

I definitely would recommend this facility to others. They just did a complete facility remodel - new roof, hvac, carpet, paint, furnishings, etc. Really looks spectacular. Staff is great. Really care about residents. Housekeeping also is convenient and nice. Family communications are as much or little as you need. They have an app that someone can sign up for that distributes all info that goes to resident, which is very helpful. Meals are okay, not spectacular but not bad. Maintenance would be the one area that needs improvement. Very long wait times for things to get fixed.

I did just have this conversation with a friend and recommended this facility to her for a family member. You cannot beat River Oaks for their care and concern. It felt more like a family instead of an institution. The cost, surprisingly enough, is lower than facilities that aren't nearly as good!

The staff at Edgemont Place are great and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

My dad loves Ridge at The Stratford. He is very involved in the daily work outs and plays Poker a couple of times a month. He has his hair and nails cut once a month, on-site. He enjoys Taco Tuesdays and says they are delicious. They have hearty, yummy meals and desserts daily. Such great care is given by the Ridge community. My dad has an outdoor area where he sits in the sun and reads, birds chirping. This community is friendly, truly loving and safe. Thank you to the entire team at the Ridge, I'm SO grateful!

My dad enjoys living at The Ridge at Oregon City. My dad has made some good friends. My dad has also been asked to lead a prayer group. The leadership calls upon him from time to time to lead a Bible study when the leader can't come. My dad is a retired pastor so he enjoys doing this

We have had a great experience with assisted living at Ridge at The Stratford. The staff is awesome. They always encourage Mom in her daily activities.

We took a tour of Edgemont Place during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. Our tour and this facility were great! The cleanliness, friendliness, and staff were great, also!
