The staff is great. Food is good and very clean facility and we would absolutely recommend Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care community to others.

We toured the facility as we looked for a location for my Grandfather. Very clean, wonderful staff. A great facility.

The tour and meeting with the director was very informative. The director took the time to sit with me and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or like I was asking dumb questions.

So far our experience is great. We are working with the Memory Care staff and Director. Communication has been very good. The facility is clean and neat. Staff is friendly and caring.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. She showed us all the rooms that were available that we were interested in.

The facility is nicely decorated and clean. All staff we encountered were friendly. [name removed] was professional and knowledgeable. Heard our concerns about the care of our loved one and made notes. Never over promised anything that they would not be able to provide.

Recently visited Twin Creeks with [name removed]. Beautiful facility with many amenities for their residents. Spoke to one resident who had high regard for facility and everyone there and said the food was delish! That meant a lot to hear from her. We’re hoping our Mom will be able to reside here as she has an evaluation by nurse today. I highly recommend visiting facility!

We are very happy with twin creeks. All is going better than we thought it could. I would recommend to others.

We chose Twin Creeks mostly because of how close they were to our house, wish they were even closer!! Staff seemed similar to other facilities!! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make him comfortable!!

We picked this community because of the cost.

We used Twin Creeks for a respite stay. My husband felt getting to the dining room wasn't organized well. The nursing staff was attentive, and did their best to provide food within his food allergies. We would recommend Twin Creeks to those who are looking.

My father is doing absolutely great. All of the staff at Twin Creeks are absolutely great, hard working people. They communicate with me all the time if a situation comes up dealing with my father. Twins Creek does an excellent job keeping my father busy and making sure he is being taken care of. My father is very happy and healthy living at Twin Creeks..

My dad is currently a resident at Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care and overall this place has been great for him so far! The facility is clean and doesn't have an odor. The staff is friendly and keeps me up to date on how my dad is doing. The food is good and is quite comparable to the other facilities that I visited. I would recommend Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory care to others.

We particularly liked the staff members at Twin Creeks as well as the meals that were prepared. Our loved one was very ill during the time he was staying there so when it comes to the activities we are not able to comment or rate it.

Twin Creeks was a close second choice, ultimately I left the decision up to my parents. The sales lady we worked with was amazing. They actually came to our house to give us the presentation and were so accommodating. The services offered here were less than another place which is ultimately why they did not choose Twin Creeks. The location was amazing and it was less expensive.

I can't say enough positive about changes I've seen with my mom. I have never seen the facility be dirty or gross. They do a good job in helping my mom clean her apartment. They change her linens whenever she needs it at least twice a week. I appreciate the staff. My mom was a bit difficult when she got there and they allowed us to have someone stay overnight with her for a couple of nights to help with the transition. She was very very reliant on her walker. She now gets around without her walker as much as she uses her walker. The food is fabulous and they invite family members to most activities that occur at the facility. They also have resident lead activities which I think is just amazing that they use the skills and knowledge of people that live there to teach others. I've gotten mom involved in a couple of activities. If it were up to her, she would just stay in her room and never get out but she is now playing cards with her friends and playing bingo. The staff have always been responsive and transparent about everything that goes on at the facility. I don't imagine that there is a better place for my mother at this time. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I think it is an outstanding place for your loved ones. It's friendly, and they truly care about your loved ones. If I had to do it again, I definitely would choose Vintage Care of Palatka for my mother.

They are friendly & caring. It is always very clean. My husband is in their daycare which is a big help to me. He seems to be enjoying it much more than his first experience but I know it takes time for him to adjust. For the first time, this morning he said it was time to leave for Vintage. Believe me this was "music" to my ears.

What we really like about the Vintage Care Senior Living community is there are always activities for the residents. They are not treated like children rather adults with some needed direction. I do feel that for the cost of the facility, everything should be provided for the residents. The family is expected to provide all toiletries including trash bags and toilet paper

Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care is hands down the best facility in this area. We ended up touring it twice to show our other family members. For us, it just came down to the cost. They do accept Medicaid at this facility, but the base pay started at $[removed]. The facility was absolutely beautiful. The woman who was showing us around really took everything to heart and was so involved. When I called to tell her that we went with another place for mom, she was genuinely sad that we did not pick them. I think that just shows how much she cared about us and it was not just a job for her. I think Twin Creeks would be a great choice for anybody based off of everything that we saw.
