Toured facility for a loved one. Beautiful facility. Very informative and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a community for their loved one.

I would say a 5. Reasons: *EVERYONE is kind and helpful. Even as time has progressed I am still feeling that kindness. I see that they are helpful with my mom, and ANY issue that arises. *NURSES and the medical care staff have been very attentive to mom's medical needs that we clearly were not able to address as they should be. (The MAIN reason we decided to place her in a place such as Danbury.) VERY pleased with her overall care. *Office, services and food services support are excellent as well. Very pleased with what we've experienced at Danbury.

5 stars so far. Haven't really moved in yet. But so far the staff has been EXTREMELY understanding and helpful. I think that I am going to be very satisfied with BEO. So far, BEO appears to be a GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

The faculty is beautiful inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat my mom with loving care. They have a very good security system to keep the residents safe. Everything is clean and tidy. My mom gets 3 meals a day. They also have snacks and specialty treats for the residents . They have activities throughout the day.and have a big TV that they clients all have an opportunity to watch. We were able to decorate my mom’s room and have a big bird feeder and decorations outside my mom’s big bay window. The process of getting my mom moved into Glen Abbey was extremely smooth due to the management team being so kind and helpful. The staff that takes care of my mom are very nice and pleasant to my mom and our family when we come to visit my mom. I am very happy with the care that my mom receives at Glen Abbey.

We moved mother to Storypoint of Oshtemo from a different facility over 3 years ago. I have not regretted that decision for a second. The caregivers are exceptionally caring and the type of person that just enjoys helping others. They all get along well and work together as a team sharing the workload. Any maintenance concerns are professionally addressed quickly. The food menu changes with the season and I have not heard any complaints from mom. The activities and outings offered are just perfect for engaging the residents to socialize. Management staff is always available and respond for any concern. I have even had a response to a minor question on a national holiday from the site director. I hope my kids can find a place this good for me when the time comes for assisted living.

The apartment size is one of the smaller of the one bedroom apartments but large enough to accommodate all that we need. The staff are remarkably helpful and friendly and the food is good most of the time. (Can't be perfect all the time! ) The one main reason I chose Story Point is the Enhanced Independant accommodations. In most assisted living communities I visited you had to choose a "package" of services. Some you needed, some you didn't but had to pay for the whole package. With the Enhanced Independant you can choose whatever you need help with and only be charged for what you use. I would not hesitate to recommend Story Point to any one.

The staff have always been kind and helpful. We're getting started with therapy and the in house doctor, which we are optimistic about. The care team has encouraged my dad to get involved in the group activities and outside of his room

It's a fabulous place - no complaints. Activities are offered but my dad does not partake at this time. 5 for all items and we would definitely recommend StoryPoint Brighton community to other families.

I am living at Story Point and it fits my needs and the people working here are very caring and respectful and attentive. I would recommend StoryPoint to others who are searching for senior living.

I have live at independence village since[Date Removed] Just to give you some insights about living here The staff in very friendly and social able. They are always willing to help when a need arises. They make you feel comfortable. Once a week the cleaning lady comes in and changes the bedding cleans the bathroom and washes the floor That in its self is a big help. The food could use some improvement but the chef comes out and asks how the food was. He is always willing to listened and strives to improve The residents are all very friendly and we look out for each other . They have activities everyday and my favorite is prize bingo on Tuesdays. Long story short I am very happy here and would recommended independence Village to anyone who still wants to live independently.

River Ridge provided exceptional care for my family member for nearly five years. We experienced the assisted living community and, in the later years, the memory care unit. The leadership team (executive director, wellness coordinator, activities director, and facilities manager) communicated consistently and always stayed ahead of his needs. They coordinated with his medical provider, kept us updated, and made sure he felt supported and engaged. The facility is spotless, well-managed, and full of staff who genuinely care. The activities coordinator checks in personally if a resident misses an activity, and the nurses and techs are compassionate, well-trained, and long-tenured. Very little staff turnover means residents are surrounded by familiar faces who know them well. River Ridge feels more like a family than a facility, and our loved one thrived there. We are deeply grateful for the entire team.

They’re very welcoming and it is by far a great place. We came during happy hour and there was nothing but smiles and laughter. Everyone seemed genuinely happy from staff to resident!

I enjoy the respect from the people who work here and their expertise and knowledge. I really felt like a caged person who needed help. My brain was getting tired. I don't feel that way anymore. It is an adjustment but then you're very comfortable.

5 for all, except for the administration. They just changed some their staff. So a 4. What we like the most about the community would be the activities and the outings. My first impression was how homey it was. I also have to say at Easter they put on a spectacular brunch! It was fabulous!

We have only had mom there for a week. So far the facility is wonderful. The meals are tasty and the staff are friendly. I have concerns with Corso Care and hope you get them sorted out. For StoryPoint, I would say 5 stars.

What we like the most about the community is - *The brightness inside the apartments. *The bright and beautiful atrium-- as the center of the common area which is constantly frequented by the guests, this keeps a feeling of a beautiful hotel rather than a center for assisted living. ** the rose garden and porch on back of facility is phenomenal--too bad the doors are not kept accessible

I contacted about seven facilities and toured many of them looking for a care facility for my dad. Glen Abbey was perfect, not too big and not too small. The facility itself is beautiful. And I honestly don’t have the words to describe the incredible staff. Transitions can be hard for our parents going from home to being in a care facility. From the moment dad moved in, he felt right at home. The staff got to know him, and he got to know the staff and they became fast friends. My dad enjoyed the exercise activities, being able to get a haircut without having to go outside, spending time with other residents, watching movies and eating popcorn, and making new friends. He was proud to have his friends visit his new apartment. It is always difficult finding a place that can also give you a piece of mind that your loved one is being taken care of in the best way possible. Glen Abbey does this. I don’t think he could’ve received any better care anywhere else.
