My mother spent over four years at Spring Hills/The Addison before she passed. I was lucky to have found this place. My mom did not have much savings, and they admitted her with just the first month rent, last month rent, and one time community fee. No big six figures up front, non-refundable buy in, just first, last, and community. It totaled less than a used car. Mom and I visited several other facilities, and they all wanted a large amount of money up front. The staff was wonderful, caring, patient and good humored. The restaurant is a former pub that my wife and I used to frequent when it was a retail establishment. The restaurant has menus to pick from, white cloth tablecloths and very good food. On holidays, there there are barbeques, and turkey dinners. You can join your loved ones for dinner, and we even were placed in a private dining room for a family birthday party. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff treats the residents.

We were able to tour The Addison upon just stopping in and then made an appointment to bring my Mom to tour. Both times the entire staff was very friendly, the facility was very clean, bright and welcoming. All the details were explained to us and we were provided a packet to review. The rooms are a good size and the safety system in place for the residents was impressive.

Excellent facilities, good tour, friendly staff and good staffing levels. worthwhile activities and residents who seemed happy to be there. Overall, positive impression.

[name removed] wanted to know about my aunt and her needs and helped me see how "Seasons" would fit for my aunt. We got an opportunity to participate in a patriotic sing-along led by two local musicians. My aunt was impressed with the number of residents who attended and their friendliness and obvious happiness. The staff members we met seemed to love their jobs and had special connections to the residents. I loved the activities offered by the Seasons, especially the attitude of helping residents find purpose. The common areas are elegant and there's a feeling of being in an upscale hotel. The outside surroundings are so pleasant and natural.

I'm enjoying my new Lifestyle at Lisle Creek Estates. Great people. A lot to do. The people made my experience positive. I would highly recommend to others.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. It looked safe. I was impressed with the tour guides memory of the residents names.

We had a wonderful tour guide and we enjoyed our visit and went back many times. We were able to tour multiple units and alll the amenities. Our whole family came to dinner and everyone was so friendly. We signed my father up for a one bedroom unit and he will move in July. He is looking forward to being a resident at the Sheridan.

We had very pleasant tour of the facility and great presentation by staff. We are considering options and have my mom’s long term care insurance provider completing qualifying steps for the facility and one other. Weighing all options and praying to make the best decision for my mom. We will reach out if we decide to take her over for a visit and further consideration. Thank you.

Getting moved in and settled was pretty seamless. The Welcome Crew on the first official day of living there was awesome and having an ambassador assigned for learning the ropes and to answer questions was really appreciated. Food was good. Enjoyed the bingo, and chair aerobics activities.

It's still early in the process, but so far our experience has been very positive. The entire team has worked hard to help my mother transition comfortably, and we truly appreciate their care and support during these first 30 days.

Very Helpful, they went out of thier way to show me around. And added information to help my dad. They wanted to help me whether I pick thier place or not. I loved that!

She was not excited to move there at first, and in a very short time enjoyed staying there. She met some great friends. They were great people who lifted her spirits, and had many meals with them. The employees were extremely helpful and kind.

My mother and I recently toured the Addison and it wasn’t long into the tour that she loved the Addison and the size of the facility.

The views are outstanding. The dining area in the glazed atrium makes the area look open so not closed in. I am moving in soon.

All communication and interactions w the staff was top notch. Very happy with the becoming a new resident process and the last month of being a resident has been a very smooth transition. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was pleased with the time given to tour and ask questions. [name removed] was great. I especially liked the open grassy area, greenhouse and close proximity to decent hospitals.

All 5's We are very happy with everything that is offered and my mom's health has improved 100% since being there!!! She is 89 years old and has never been interested in hearing aids until she started attending the dining hall three times a day and could not hear the other residence talking so she has recently bought hearing aids which has helped improved her quality of life. The aids that work at Bay Winde's not only provide her medicine for her, but check on her on a regular basis making sure that she attends her meals and is doing OK.After sitting home alone during the day for the past five years, the interaction with the other residence has helped make her experience excellent

The place was clean, modern, and the staff was extremely friendly. [name removed] was amazing and so accommodating as a host, genuinely caring for our families needs. If I would change one thing, I would move the dining area further from the entrance, but it was very welcoming.
