I would definitely recommend Maristone. Primarily the caring and friendly attitude of all the staff. The meals are very good and always on time. The coffee pot is always on. They also provide homemade muffins and other items in an area just outside of the dining area which is always available if any of the residents feel like snacking at any time, day or night.

1. Beautiful physical facility; individual apartment units. 2. Large, open spaces in common areas, especially windows in the dining area. Non-institutional feel. Clean. 3. Ability to use Medicaid waiver when private funds are depleted. Ability to stay in their unit/no "Medicaid" beds or areas. 4. All levels of staff are friendly, open and welcoming. Genuinely welcome visitors and interact positively with residents.

The staff have been wonderful, kind, caring, and compassionate .I would highly recommend this facility. The director is amazing and quickly takes care of any concerns. As I mentioned, the staff is caring and compassionate. Even the food director has gone above and beyond to accommodate my husband's dietary restrictions. They provide activities for the residents and are very invested in their well being.

Totally believe in this staff. I don't know who is or isn't there now, but a year ago a 5

She feels safe and confident there and yes we would recommend Bridgepointe Gardens to other families based on the experience so far.

The fact that they allow people to bring their pets with them, sets them apart from every other facility in the area!

The staff is kind and helpful. I would recommend Chandler Park to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

My husband has been at Cardinal Landing Memory Care for almost a year. We are so happy that we decided on this facility. Our very first day when we walked in, it was so welcoming and didn't look anything like other facilities that we visited. Everything looked brand new, and the rooms were very spacious. They have several open visiting areas that are very nice and perfect for socializing. I have had several meals in their dining room, and the food is always delicious. The dietary staff puts a lot of thought into planning the meals and it makes me happy knowing that my husband has a variety of good food and he enjoys his dining room time. All the staff deserve the best of compliments, from the administrative, nursing, physical therapists, aides, dining and custodial. They are the best and I appreciate each one of them. My husband often tells me, “They are all good people here". I think that pretty much says it all!

The staff on the memory unit are kind but do very little. In fact, sit in common area..shoes off...feet tucked up in a chair on phones. Some of the residents should possibly be helped/encouraged to lay down for a nap as the elderly do but . More activities should be available.

The staff is wonderful. Very professional and caring. They are willing to help whenever needed.

Stopped in for an impromptu tour ([name removed] is very kind, flexible, and knowledgeable!!) and [name removed] knows her stuff!! She has been here for several years and was very thorough with her presentation. She explained that a new company has come in and they are making a lot of changes, both aesthetically and internally. The community is very inviting with a large, open foyer (and a very friendly receptionist!!).

My mother has been here for about 1.5 yrs now. Everyone is kind and helpful and caring. The cleaning people do a great job They call me anytime something is going on w her I so appreciate it they have wonderful activities but my mom doesn’t want to do any of them

Chandler Park is a great facility for my mother. Before she moved in, she was struggling to get around and had spent time in the hospital. Since moving there in [date re moved] she seems to now have purpose. The access to physical therapy has been helpful. Everyone treats her great.

Love the atmosphere here!The ice cream parlor and the barbershop just make this a quaint environment for seniors. It is a very clean place to live and it is a very welcoming place. The courtyard is such a peaceful area of this assisted living community.

This is a beautiful facility small and personable. Perfect place for your aging parents or grandparents! Love the sitting area for the residents in the courtyard lots of rocking chairs and beautiful scenery.

They have been responsive and good to let me know what is going on as I don't live local to the facility. My brother lives there. They have a good sized living room area we can gather as a family which has been great for our family. It has been a good experience and dad is doing well!

Staff has been friendly and helpful and fairly attentive. Best thing we like is the call buttons are on a lanyard so accessible anytime. All our questions and concerns have been answered.

The facility is very clean. Staff are attentive to the residents needs. Rooms are very roomy and nice. Highly recommend.

My mom got home from a Rehabilitation facility and she Still wasn’t able to stay at home so I call [name removed] And she told me to bring my mom straight up and within a matter of two hours they had my mom in a room already. Everyone at the facility treated my mom very well. Everybody was very nice and very helpful with the decisions I had to make for mom. She said if she ever has to go back for me to put her there because she really did enjoy it. So I can’t thank [name removed] and the other people how much they save me. Highly recommended The Landing.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They tried very hard to get my mother in law used to the facility and on a schedule when she first arrived. The inside of the facility is very clean and has been renovated. Outside areas could use some attention from maintenance staff. Lots of options for room sizes, though they are pretty full so the size wanted might not be available. Full calendar of activities each week and an on-site hair dresser. No gym facility for more active residents. She really likes it there and we feel she is safe and well taken care of.
