Mustang Creek Estates

The staff at Mustang Creek is great! They are always willing to assist me at anytime. Most of the time the food is tasty and seasoned well. I don't like the onion soup, collard greens, and a chicken dish they make. Other than that the food is delicious. [name removed] always has fun activities planned for us and plans different things. Overall I very pleased.

Staff-Engaging and caring, not the typical "nursing home" experience. Staff learns what your loved one likes/dislikes and goes out of their way to accommodate. Activities-There are several options available, from puzzles to motor skill types available. There are also staff-lead activities as well, like bingo. Food-meals and snacks are prepared in house. The open kitchen layout allows the smells from the meal prep to stimulate hunger, for better or worse. Rooms-Rooms are a good size. Not too big to overwhelm your loved one, but big enough to allow movement with whatever assistance device they may have. Each room has its own bathroom. Facility is unique in its design and concept. It is not a typical institutional layout, but a large house with many bedrooms. My mom was a nurse for over 50 years and institutional looking facilities were causing her anxiety. The Mustang Creek neighborhoods are top notch, without bankrupting your finances.

MCE staff has been so accommodating and helpful in settling him into his new surroundings. He is engaged and participating in the events throughout the week. He feels welcome and the Exec. Director has gone above and beyond in coordinating his medication through the VA and it is going well thus far. Everyone is so nice. The facility is kept very clean and the other people living in the facility seem happy and engaged. His calendar is always full and equally, he has nice downtime as well. He even commented on how good the food is and that's a huge plus.

The people there seemed to really care about their residents and wanted to help. The facility was also nice and home feeling. I would recommend.

It's a very nice facility, with excellent caring staff. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

From beginning to end everyone was very helpful. The tour and info meeting was very helpful. We call to ask questions after the meeting and they answered promptly and never acted as if we were a bother When we brought [name removed] to the facility, she was greeted warmly by all the staff. They've made sure she feels included and knows her new routine.

My experience has been very good here. I'm very happy here at Mustang Creek Estates. Everyone is very nice. Food is very good. When I need something, the caregivers are right there to help! We have a lot of activities that I enjoy.

I give Mustang Creek Estates Five Stars in every category! Quality of living for us is very important to all of the caregivers. All of the staff are great and very friendly. I’ve met many great friends here!

They offer great care, and the staff is wonderful. , I would recommend them. They give great care for that person who isn't ready for full nursing, but needs more than just help with meds and meals.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff, I would definitely place my loved ones here when they need the support. During our visit we met with staff members [Names Removed]. All treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. If you are looking for a place to stay where you will experience the same, then look no further.

On a scale of only one to five I would definitely Mustang Creek, a five but, they are really more like a 10! My mom and I feel the staff is very caring and attentive. The food always smells delicious and my mom says that it is! Common areas are always clean and neat and it's really a very pretty place to live. The front porches are very welcoming and the common areas are decorated just like home.

No complaints. Worked with us very well. Now need to get Mom engaged in activities. I would recommend.

My granddad just loves her wanna say thank you Mustang Creek for [ Name Removed] whenever there’s a problem with my grandfather and I reach out to her or he of course reach out to her. She always take care of the problem. I just wanna say thank you Mustang Creek Keller.

Toward Mustang Creek last week and I must say I give them five stars. The resident seemed happy. The caregivers were very friendly and kind when I walked in and one in particular supervisor I wanna say thank you for making my visit there comfortable her name is [Name Removed] and she’s at the Mustang Creek Estates in Keller and this is caregivers and management like her that makes you wanna say I know my mom or my dad will be OK

Good people are really hard to find some time hard to find specially in the medical field, you find some that’s carrying and some that they’re just for their check, but there’s just one particular supervisor, which she when I first met her she was a caregiver. Her name is [Name Removed] and she’s at the Mustang Creek Keller Estates, and she truly truly cares for her residence. I watch her as she come in and she’s smiling. She speak in the resident speak bag and it’s just all of there wanna say thank you Mustang Creek for having her there

Home like atmosphere. Simple food but prepared in smaller quantity than in larger institutions. Staff was wonderful, loving, patient and attentive, especially [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and manager, [name removed], all were superb! Housekeepers were great, never any smells, and rooms and all areas were well kept. Rooms were adequate in size as were bathrooms. Could not have asked for more. Plenty of activities but my mom never participated.

Couldn't be more pleased with the care my father received. Everything was 10. People were very caring and compassionate. Felt like they truly made effort to bond with my dad and make his stay be the best it could. Accommodations were good. Good was good. Felt like home away from home for him. Truly believe those working there felt called to serve and it showed.

Nico and the other ladies here have been great and have taken very great care of my dad. So if you need a place for your family member then Mustang Creek is the best place to take your family member. Nico and the other ladies are very friendly and they remember my name.. it makes me feel good that when I am not here I know my dad is in good hands.

The sign-up process was extremely smooth and the people were very helpful. They also were very good about answering questions. Whenever I would call to ask about mom, everybody was very friendly.
