My dad passed away in [date removed] and then my mom went downhill really fast after that. She was in the hospital 32 days and kept getting denied being able to go to a rehab facility. We literally didn’t know what to do for her so I contacted A Place For Mom. Greenridge Estates was their first choice for us, and honestly, they were a God send! Truly, they went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for or imagined. She was only there for three weeks and then she passed, but it was a very difficult three weeks. She had so many needs, but they never turned us away with anything that would come up, and there were plenty of twists and turns during that time. We were so exhausted, and so very grateful for their over-the-top hospitality and help! I truly don’t know what we would have done without them. We can’t ever thank you enough Greenridge! We are so truly grateful for all the love and support you gave us at such a difficult time! God bless you!!!

My dad loves that is it quiet, among the hills and trees with lots of birds coming to the feeder on his back deck. Staff and residents have been very friendly. The onsite nurse and visiting doctor have been great and proactive.

The staff at Concordia are exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to provide custom fit solutions for mom and she is doing well there. The facility has plenty of space and amenities, but it is the staff that makes it special.

My husband & I just moved here on [date removed]. We wanted a facility somewhat remote with lots of wooded areas & we found that for sure in Concordia. The facility is older, with upgrades & several choices, apartments and townhomes of different sizes. We chose a 2 bedroom townhome that we find very comfortable. The staff is so friendly, helpful, & involved. The residents are very friendly. Its been an life changing event but we are happy and feel we made a good decision in choosing Concordia.

My experience has been they hire very loving and kind people that enjoy working with seniors...they are all so very helpful and kind!

The meals seemed to be repeated frequently and had limited activities. These categories are improving with the suggestions from the residents. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. I feel that my parents are very well cared for by staff who care for them in a safe environment.

5 for call categories! Concordia of Bella Vista community was great for assisted living. Unfortunately, my husband needed memory care and had to move to a memory care facility.

From the first call we received with information about Concordia Assisted Living, my parents and our family have received sincere expressions of their caring attitude for all residents in their care. We quickly felt an atmosphere of "family" between staff and residents. Since moving to Concordia my parents health has noticeable improved with a better diet, physical activities and social interaction with other residents and staff. It is nice to see my parents healthier and happier. I feel very confident that my parents are in a safe and caring place to live.

My brother was actually asked to leave Concordia of Bella Vista after a few months. He was having a hard time due to his inability to see and was refusing to comply. I actually had to leave my job to take him in until he agreed to have eye surgery, about 8 months later he was able to move into a duplex with a friend. Concordia is a very nice facility and they provide excellent services.

I have lived here for 2 months and am glad I am here. The staff and residents are so friendly and willing to help. The meals are delicious and cleaning staff does a great job.

My mother moved in Concordia independent living in January. It was so welcoming and helpful for her transition. The staff and residents are wonderful and have made her so feel welcome and if she needs something they are fast and friendly to respond. I would recommend it highly.

It is a very friendly place, residents and staff alike. My cleaning team is great. All in all, it is a good place. It is an older facility with the challenges of operation, but the staff works hard at keeping it up. The food is fine and the kitchen staff works hard to offer things in spite of the growing cost of food! There is a real effort by all to keep a quality experience and the cost under control.

The people there all seem to be very friendly and helpful. The activities director has been great; she's there five days a week. The reason we gave the meals and dining service a 4 out of 5 is because some of the meals could be improved.

I definitely recommend the facility. The housekeeping staff are great, and the maintenance guys have responded quickly to all of my work orders. They graciously have done the things that I requested. The food is good. I take dinner only and the variety is great. We are offered soup to take home and frequently fruit like bananas as well. The menu variety is great and the salad bar is wonderful. Then there is the option of ordering off of the grill, if you prefer. They really do an outstanding job! No, it is not a shiny new facility. But it is homey and friendly. With friendly staff and friendly residents. Plus, there is physical therapy available in the building and we can use the equipment 24 hours a day! It is an old facility, but everyone is working hard to keep it up.

We have been very pleased with Concordia and so is my Dad which is most important! They also did not lock the place down during Covid, they used common sense and did not have any issues!

We showed up for our tour and it was not on file that we were going to be there. They found someone very quickly to give us the tour and the person who showed us around was great. It was a positive experience all around.

I like that they can take me to my doctors appointments and to Walmart to grocery shop, the staff members really do make sure everyone here is happy. We only get one meal a day and sometimes its a hit or a miss.

We're very familiar with Greenridge Estates, as we live just up the road from them and have several friends that have moved there through the years. They have a beautiful building and landscaping. We have met the family that owns Greenridge several times and they couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I'd feel very comfortable moving there in the future or referring friends or family there.

My dad is adjusting well to his new living environment. It was very hard on him to leave the home he built, but Concordia is loving him through this change. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dad is most impressed by the food. Delicious, nutritious meals!

The food at this community is healthy and delicious. The staff have been helpful and friendly. They do offer daily activities. The community is kept well taken care of. This community was recommended to us by friends and I would recommend it as well.
