The staff is amazing. The receptionist is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and they seem to go the extra mile keeping her room straightened up. The nursing and aides are all very caring. There are many activities offered and halls are always decorated with changing seasons. The staff is very helpful during dining hours. my friend that is a resident has requested a BLT every day for lunch!! They have been so accommodating.

The care and attention they gave to my mom moving in. Amenities such as onsite pharmacy and being able to get blood work done for labs at her doctor. The strong sense of community and belonging. Since she got there, she has been very active.

5 on all categories. I am delighted with my new "home" in Westminster Oaks, Tallahassee. Both the staff and most of the residents are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. There is a wide variety of food selection and very well prepared. The food service staff is especially friendly and helpful. There are LOTS of opportunities for fitness activities and entertainment events.

My experience is with the assisted living at Westminster Towers in Orlando. The staff is so kind and attentive. It seems they all really like working there. It's very refreshing to have this group so upbeat.

The team at Westminster Lakeland is wonderful! They have take such amazing care of my grandma and in her short time being here, she has made some great friends and the staff have gotten to know her well. The community is clean and welcoming, the food is great, and the care is just incredible. We are so grateful she was able to call this community home, even for just a short while.

The facility and location are great but it's the staff that makes Westminster Palms 5 star. They constantly go the extra mile. I would recommend to others.

The staff was more than accommodating, from moving in assistance to someone helping to hang pictures. My mom is greatly enjoying the cafeteria and feels happy, safe and comfortable. They have been most helpful from start to finish.

The staff is all knowledgeable and friendly. The campus and buildings are immaculately clean. The food is absolutely excellent. There aren't enough hours in the day to do all the activities and programs that are provided. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

Grandma loves it there. It's quaint location close to the water and they have been very accommodating one of the nice features there is that you get 14 days of skilled nursing every year also their on-site partnership with the healthcare provider has been wonderful. They take very good care of our grandmother.

I've been looking around at the senior living options near me for my own mother. When the time comes, I want to see her surrounded by people who love her like I do and that is what they have at Westminster Bradenton. Loving people with beautiful hearts. See for yourself!

The staff is very caring and they try to create a family atmosphere. There are a myriad of activities from social, physical, educational and spiritual. The food is well prepared and there is a wide variety. The dining room is beautiful. The residents are very friendly and work to assimilate new people. These comments are about independent living. We chose Westminster because we can transition from one level of care to the next.

The waitlist can vary depending on if you put a deposit down or not. If you are applying for independent living, the applicant will be interviewed by a registered nurse and a financial review before being accepted.

They were all very nice . Listened to our needs and knew exactly what was best and gave us all the information to make it it go very smoothly. Made you feel very welcomed and it would be an easy transition. Lots of good info and very experienced at what they do . They made you feel they were with you every step of the way and always so willing to answer all your questions etc . Great place for sure .

There's always something going on at the tower and it keeps mom as active as she chooses to be. The apartments are really nice and the view is beautiful. Mom loves the food and table talk during lunch. Each unit has their own temperature control which is great for mom who sets hers at 80 year round. The other residents are active and interesting.

My dad is extremely happy there. Everyone made moving in and learning about the towers very easy. It's a very "Christian" based living facilities. Lots of Bible studies and options for church.

Westminster Memory Care unit staff are caring and kind. The facilities may not be as flashy and new as some others in the area, but the CARE simply cannot be beat. Isn't care and compassion the most important thing when choosing an ALF for your loved one? It is for me. I have peace of mind knowing my father is safe and cared for with dignity and kindness.

They are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's difficult to find staff but I know they may be attending to other residents. Compared with other facilities I would recommend them. I hope they could implement more engagement/activities for residents with impaired vision.

I receive no care. I am independent and live in a villa. Very costly but worth the security of knowing if I need the care it is here. Yes I would recommend this community to other families. I am a true believer of coming in before you need help. It is a great place for independent living with lots of activities and friendly people.

Beautifully located. Wonderful local transportation. Friendly, active community. Onsite clinic has been great and the few days mom had to spend in skilled nursing went above average! Back to independent living and making friends in the dining room. Being seated with new people is a great option for residents at dinner time. Nobody is alone.
