The facility is for only Alzheimer’s and dementia patients which makes it nice because the patients have access to the whole building and not just one hall. It is a locked facility so your loved ones are completely safe as they stroll about the building. The staff is wonderful and caring. From start (paperwork) to move in the staff was caring both of me and my loved one and made it so easy which is very nice in that difficult time of releasing your loved ones into the care of someone else’s hands. I’m incredibly happy with my choice.

The staff here at village at mill creek are incredibly kind and patient, always going above and beyond to ensure all residents feel comfortable and cared for. The meals are delicious and well-prepared with options to suit different dietary needs. The facility is always clean and well-maintained creating a pleasant living environment. The residents here at village at mill creek feel like a close-knit family, and there’s a strong sense of community thanks to the staff’s effort to foster connections. Lastly but not least, all staff members take the time to understand each residents unique needs to provided personal care. I rate this facility 10/10. Great staff , great team of management that are always available for your loved ones needs , a wonderful cook that makes high quality meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a wonderful life enhancement director who passionate and dedicated to support residents throughout educational, recreational and spiritual enrichment.

My dad has been at the facility for over a year now and the care he has received has been everything I hoped. The staff has been a point of contact for me throughout this time and does a superb job at communicating with me and keeping me informed. The staff Care for the residence and treat them with respect and compassion. With Dad having dementia, his car is not always the easiest, however, even with those challenges, he has treated with respect and care. The facility was recently sold, and the new company is making changes to the building, making it a more comfortable and homey environment. With a facelift on the building, it will match the care being provided to our loved ones. If you’re looking for a place to send your loved one, I would definitely recommend a tour, talking to the staff and hopefully you will see this as a great place and a quality place to care for your loved one. I truly can rest at night, knowing that he is safe and well cared for.

Just want to give a shout out to one of the few communities that accepts our loved ones regardless of the stage of their journey they are currently in. Let's face it Memory care facilities are a must in this day and time and I am extremely proud of this team that not only accepts our loved ones but treats them with the patience, care and respect that they have so humbly earned. village at mill Creek is a wonderful place to put a loved one. my [name removed] loved being there the staff was amazing. they always checked up on him and gave his the attention he needed. he loved when the staff took him for a walk. this community is very welcoming and very clean. My mother is here at Village at Mill Creek and she is so happy. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond, The lady Chef there is so sweet and cooks great food, and The new Executive director has been an amazing asset. When I enter the facility I'm always greeted with music and movement. The feel is just warm and comforting. I recommend this place for your loved ones.

The Village at Mill Creek is an incredible facility. I’ve visited my relative here a number of times and it feels like he’s found a true home away from home. The level of care provided is impeccable and I don’t have enough good things to say about the the overall experience.

Elm Place is an excellent facility that truly makes me feel at home. From the beautiful grounds to the incredible care provided, it truly does make me feel like I’m at home. The staff almost makes me feel like family and in general, I feel right at home at elm place.

The remodel has been wonderful. So thankful to have a convenient and affordable location like this that is so nice. It's not easy to make a choice for assisted living or memory care. I know each family has to make a deeply personal decision. This was the right place...if you take a tour and speak to the caring staff I think you will agree.

The kindness in the challenging times shown here is the thing that sticks out the most. We appreciate the care and how we are welcome to visit and keep a strong relationship. It's our first only only experience with this sort of thing but we are very happy with our choice.
