The things that I like that were the deciding factor for choosing tapestry over all of the other places I visited in Tallahassee where these - my mom can receive her physical therapy on site, the dining room is open a set number of hours, and she can eat anytime she wants rather than being only served at certain times of the day, she is provided a full-size refrigerator in her room, there is always a nurse on site even on the weekends

I would rate all area a 5 except for food. I didn't eat at the facility, so I can't rate that area. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Main reason we chose this facility was due to the location. It was the closest to my Step-sister, where she could check on Dad frequently.

What we like the most about the community is that It is quiet and peaceful and we would recommend Tapestry Senior Living to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I think they all get a 5 we have had nothing but good experiences there, the staff is great and they take great care of the facility. Very pleased with it so far. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. The staff is also very nice they helped us so much the weekend we moved in by letting us park and take the freight elevator. Overall a great experience when it's a stressful time.

The activities gets a 4 out of 5 because they are inconsistent at times. The Memory Care units are small. The employees made sure to introduce themselves to me and ask questions about my LO. If there is a problem i am called right away.

That are very respectful and caring. The activities are open to all and are fun and current. It's a bit pricey but everything is so much better than [community name removed] where my dad was before. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Very nice facility and staff are great. Food is good with many options. Has independent living which I am in, but also has assisted and memory care. I highly recommend this place for any level of care and the ability to have more care in the same building.

The availability of food all day was different from others we looked at. And the menu ordering was nice. The senior Center on site is a community organization (township) so people other than residents were there. Apartments are small . This was a former embassy suites hotel. Bedroom, bathroom & small sitting room with very small refrigerator and sink.

Tapestry has been wonderful!! We are so glad we moved her there! Really only good things to say about them. I would rate all categories as a 5! Everyone has been super friendly and nice. The place is always clean. My mom says it is the only place she has lived that feels like home! We would recommend Tapestry to everyone.

It has been a good place for my aunt. I picked this community because, I thought it would be a good fit for my aunt.

Some aides are better than others. The nurses didn't seem to be involved in direct patient care. Mostly office and management liaison with MD. The food is great and the wait staff learned our names really quickly. It's bright and cheery with lots of activities.

I love the fact that they have a reception desk with somebody who staffed there from early morning until early evening. They are the first impression and they said a very fine standard for how the place runs. There are nursing stations on every floor and constantly people walking around but you can get help from. The lobby is very open and inviting. It is not a pass through like other facilities that I've been to it encourages people to congregate and mingle and spend time together. They have a 3:00 happy hour every day and it seems well attended. The staff is friendly and kind and treated my father with respect even though he was very difficult to deal with.

It's a beautiful facility. The apts are small but nice. The food service is good in that you may eat any time you want & order from a menu. My brother sometimes doesn't like some of the "dishes" ( he's a very plain eater). The people are nice. It's not full yet so there isn't always a lot of people around, although a community senior center does meet there daily and residents may join them They have a doctor onsite regularly, making health checks easy. Medication assistance is available at an extra cost, but it's valuable because my brother was not consistent taking his meds. It is a pleasant place.

It was a great place for my mother to transition into assisted living. Not one complaint, and the food was great with an open menu! I would recommend this facility to others.

What our family likes the most about the Tapestry Senior Living Moon Township is the facility itself - it is very clean and safe. The staff members that work there are also professional. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would say the experience for my mother was good. We checked out about eight places in Tallahassee and visited six. Tapistry seemed to be the best one in terms of outdoor space for walking as well as general layout and activities. This was my mothers second visit because the first one worked out well.Communication has been good, both before and during my mothers stay.

We toured Tapestry Senior Living Lakeshore during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was a contender for us. [Name removed] took us around and showed us everything and answered ALL of our questions. This facility was a combo Assisted Living and Memory Care place, so it was a little different.

Of all of the facilities that my father has been to and there have been a few this is the best so far. The responsiveness of the staff has been excellent there are so many people in the building It is busy with staff and that makes me happy. They need to work on their response time to when my father presses the pendant call button that is a problem. But really my only complaint so far.

My mother moved into Tapestry Senior Living Springboro in March of 2023. Her Move In Coordinator was amazing during the pre move in process. I was disappointed with the actual admission process on the day of her move in. I expected more communication and discussion. I did express my concerns and I am hopeful this will inspire some change. The facility itself is unbelievably beautiful. Her apartment is fabulous and set up very nicely in the layout. She is the happiest she has been in years! She raves about the food. She absolutely loves living there. The nursing staff has been wonderful to her. I did visit several other living communities before this one and nothing could begin to compare to Tapestry. It is on par for cost.

Admissions are highly efficient and easy. Sincere, friendly staff from admissions level throughout including care, dining and cleaning staff. Very clean, comfortable and warm facility. Highly recommended.
