The only negative I have so far ....is laundry and clothes gone missing. I know the facility is under a complete revamp and there will be some minor issues to solve ....but patient care is excellent.

The staff at The Pinnacle of Southaven are incredibly compassionate and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and respected. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that they treat each individual with kindness, patience, and dignity. The facility has a welcoming atmosphere, and the team consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine concern for both residents and their families. Knowing that a loved one is in such capable and caring hands brings great peace of mind. This is a facility I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality care and a supportive environment for a loved one.

The staff and administration have done a great job of keeping us informed and have been very kind and compassionate to my dad there. He is a dialysis patient and they're even so sweet to pack a snack bag for him to take with him to dialysis three times per week. The place is always very clean and smells clean. My dad is happy there and that makes the rest of the family very happy.

From day one, our first visit, we have loved Radiance for our mom! The administrative staff, particularly [name removed] welcomed us with a wealth of information. The Memory Care unit has a small number of residents, and is well staffed. [name removed] the Memory Care director calls us regularly. [name removed]the medicine nurse is so friendly and gracious. The 24 hr on call RN has been right on top of everything mom has needed medically, and we really appreciate [name removed]! All the aides and techs are so caring and professional and personable. Mom, who is still a very social being at 97, had really stagnated at our house, but woke up to good friendships and activities at Radiance Senior Living. She has a wonderful suite with a living area, bedroom with walk-in closet, bath, and kitchenette. Every time we drop in, no matter what time, everyone greets us, things look great, always clean and busy, and Mom is always so comfortable and cheerful. The food is nutritious and well presented. Mom is eating better now that she is having her meals with friends. We chose Radiance after visiting 9 places recommended by A Place for Mom. Radiance got our top ratings in every area of their checklists and continues to do so, in our opinion. We are so thankful Mom has such a great place to live!

The staff was amazing attentive and very helpful. They make the residents priority. They truly show they love the job and residents.

After a horrible experience with another facility I was told about the Pinnacle. From the Director to the housekeeping staff, they are professional, caring & kind. They get to know the residents as individuals which is so important. The physical therapy staff are dedicated to their patients and do a wonderfully job. I feel blesses to have found them and tell everyone how great they are!

From our very first communication with [name removed] we impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and warmth. We have found that extends to executive staff, clinical staff, activities, maintenance and everyone there. We are confident that our loved one is well cared for and afforded the best clinical care. She is respected and loved as family. She is engaged and happy. The facility feels like a personal home. It is clean, fresh and well maintained. [names removed] and all of the staff are professional, kind, warm and caring. [name removed] assumed the overwhelming process of document completion and submission to the long term care insurance provider that resulted in approval. I could not have done that on my own.

Everything was great. The staff was always pleasant & always answered any questions right away or found out the answers to the questions that they did not know. What stood out about Pinnacle was their willingness to help & talk about things that may happen & how to prepare for them, explaining all the cost & why the cost of each charge.

The Pinnacle of Southhaven had a warm environment and was very helpful. during our experience. We would recommend this community to other families who made need a place for their loved ones

Great place and staff. We picked this community, because they had a lot of residents and staff. My loved one, regrets that she didn't move in earlier in her life, and she loves it.

Everything the staff members at The Pinnacle do is for the patients and family for an easy transition. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones

I toured Vitality Living Village and it was great! It's a very nice facility. The people were very kind and helpful. Cleanliness was good. The apartments were a bit smaller compared to other facilities in the area, though.

My mother fell and broke her hip 6 weeks ago. We knew it would not be safe to go back home for awhile. My brother , husband and I looked at several places Iare so blessed to have found Vitality. The staff is exceptional! My mother had an adjustment but within 2 1/2 weeks she was interacting and participating in activities! I am so grateful to staff and their kind hearts for helping my mother to live life and have fun again. I never thought she would be able to attend my son’s wedding this weekend and she will! Thanks to all at Vitality!! I will say that my husband was hesitant before he went in with me. He is retired firefighter and had been on calls to this facility up until 2016. He was amazed at the improvements from other owners and felt so great about my mother being there. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

The staff and everything about our experience here has been great. My mom is doing very well - even experiencing the declines that she is having, overall her physical health has improved and she is in really good spirits. I would definitely recommend Hunter Crossing Place to others who are needing memory care for their loved ones.

The manager [name removed] is a registered nurse and she just has a really good understanding on what needs to happen with our loved one. They have a lot of different activities going on for the residents, they do karaoke and different sing a longs. Based on the experience we have had so far with Hunters Crossing we would recommend them to other families.

The staff is fantastic! Facilities are excellent. Mom loves the folks and activities. They treat her like family and take care of her just that way. We couldn't have found a better place or better folks for Mom to be around. We are extremely grateful that such a class facility is so close to us.

The staff were all very helpful with my loved one at this community. This is a nice place for your loved one but it is very expensive. I never seen any activities from the times that I was there with my loved one.
