Paramount Senior Living

My mother has been a resident for over a year at Paramount. She has been treated with the most compassionate care. They completely attend to every need. From the nursing staff, nurses aides, laundry, maintenance, and housekeeping. Everyone works together like a well oiled machine. If she went out of her room for any length of time, she came back to a made bed. Room was swept everyday and trash taken out. Also, she was bathed 3 times a week and had clean clothing on everyday. Laundry was processed several times a week. When it was returned, it was properly put away. They attempt to have her involved in movies, exercises, etc. She has three balanced meals a day. This place is exceptional!

Overall the staff has been very good. Rooms are very comfortable. Sometimes meal selection of you want something other than what is being served is not very good.

The staff is very caring and accommodating. The room size has been just right. The food has been very good.

The staff is great. So thoughtful and knowledgeable. It is very nice having RN s on all shifts. The food is above standards. It is fantastic. Everything is so clean. I have been in other assisted living facilities in our area, and Paramount by far is better than any I have been in. I definitely would choose it for my own needs when the time comes.

Friendly curious and my aunt seems to be happy there. Seems to care for my aunt's health. Would recommend

I chose Paramount for my dad because of location (it is close to my home and my work) thinking if it didn't work out I could move him elsewhere. He has Alzheimer's so he is in their memory care unit. He has been there 2 years and the place feels like family! I think because it's a smaller facility and it is well staffed. I have never gone there and seen employees sitting around looking at their phones, the employees are very involved with the patients. His room and the facility are always clean when I go, and I stop by randomly so it's not like they know I'm coming and clean things up. I can't say enough good things about Paramount.

the entire experience was great. [name removed] made the process of getting my mom into the facility a breeze. She really enjoys the wide variety and quality of the meals. Her room is very nice and she also enjoys the wide variety of activities they have like the Friday happy hour and numerous music themed events. The facility is on the small side, which we like for more personal care. The staff, from the people who clean her room, to the nurses and all the way through the administrative staff care for the residents and seem to really enjoy their jobs.

The admission process was seamless. The facility is very well staffed with competent people and the amenities are great. I have been a Director of Nursing in the geriatric field for most of my 50 year nursing career so I do know good care when I see it.

They are highly professional and caring about their patients

It is close to our home, which is why we chose them.

The facilities are always clean and very well kept, there is a variety of activities offered and the staff is great - very friendly, patient and communicative.

At the last minute, before we placed [names removed] (our husband and wife team), Care for Mom stepped in and recommended Paramount Sr. Living. As a POA, and not a family member, finding the right place for the two was an awesome responsibility. He had cancer and was on a feeding tube. So, finding a place for [name removed] was the most urgent and difficult. You assured us that it was worth our time to take a last minute look at Paramount. Yes they could care for him and for her, Paramount was the only place that would accept [name removed] without placing her in a lock down memory unit. She has done wonderful in their assisted living and is thriving. Unfortunately, the cancer took [name removed] after only a few weeks in their skilled nursing wing. His care was unbelievable. I can't think of a single issue to complain about. Actually, I pray that when my time comes I can have that level of professional care. And the staff at paramount has been so caring in helping [name removed] through this grief period.

The staff at Paramount senior living have been helpful, kind, and continue to strive to make my mother-in-law feel safe and secure. They have been prompt to respond to emails or phone calls, and have accommodated every request else have made. They are truly first-rate.

The staff there is wonderful the employees the manager's everything about that place is awesome. My parents are doing so much better there. I feel so much better and more at peace so I don't have to worry so much cause I know they're being taken care of getting their medicines getting their meals showering it's just a wonderful place. I'm so glad we picked that facility so thank you very much. I also want to add that they have a hair salon there it is so convenient for my parents and the facility is very clean.

Admission staff was welcoming and made sure Mom was comfortable. The nurses and aides were helpful and made sure Mom made to activities and meals. It is a place we could/would consider for permanent accommodations.

Everyone is very helpful and polite! I would definitely recommend Paramount Senior Living!

Willing to work with my budget. When family visited they commented on how clean the facility was and how it did smell like other facilities. Staff were friendly and caring, when [name removed] was passing they came to say thier good bye and shared stories about her.

What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness, the professional staff and the positive attitude toward the patients.

All 5 except #8.it is a good value but everything is a la carte. They raised the rent, but mom was on a fixed income. She and we couldn't afford it anymore. They were wonderful and kind. My mm loved her nurses. We did notice a lot of turnover in the last few months. But the new nurses and aids were as good as the ones they replaced. It never smelled and was always clean.
