Community is biggest asset. Wide range of people , many teachers, authors, engaging professionals. Most good at conversation and welcoming people. Amenities LACK a major issue. There is a room on each floor for 2 washers and 2 dryers.. 35 or so people on each of 6 floors use these. They frequently break down.

The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to help with everything, and they are so friendly. They all knew my name by the second day I was here, and they would stop whatever they are doing to introduce me to other residents. The building, grounds, apartments, common areas, and facilities are spotless, well maintained, and updated as needed. Every Tuesday morning, the general manager, [name removed], comes down to the breakfast area, brings rolls and muffins, and goes over what's going on, and listens to any issues the residents may have. There's a council of residents that organize activities and events, and have various committees to support the community. They have a person assigned to each new incoming resident, who takes them around and introduces other residents as well as explaing the facilities, options, and activities. They even take you to a lunch and a dinner (on the house) so that you can understand how the meals are served. On my first morning here, I went down to the breakfast area for the free continental breakfast. I got my toast, juice, and coffee, and set them down at a small table on the side of the room. I was about to sit down, when somebody shouted at me "Don't sit over there by yourself..Come, join us, we won't bite. I promise." This is the friendliest, most inclusive place I've ever been. I don't believe I could have made a better choice.

Activities, independence, community, community run areas (grocery shop, library, arts crafts etc) Absolutely recommend to others

Ridgepointe is life changing for my dad - the price is right for his extremely limited income, the location is ideal, 24-hr front desk service is fantastic and makes me feel like he is always safe, the apartment is a good size and includes a cleaning service, which he needs, and the free breakfast is just enough food that I know he won't starve when no longer capable of fending for himself. The supper is really well done with a catering company that has really nice staff that interacts with residents. The cheap lunch and ride service are great options as well, though my dad hasn't utilized them

Replacement of carpeting and appliances with each new resident. Amenities included with rent such as cable tv, laundry, 3 dinners a month, garden plots, regular/various entertainment to encourage socializing, van service to various locations. True sense of community. Safe environment.

We cannot comment on the meals or dining services as we are unsure. However, what we like the most about the community is the activities, the friendly staff and the options for meals. Yes, we would recommend RosePointe community to other families

The staff have all been extremely helpful and eager to make sure my client is comfortable and well informed about all things Ridgepointe!! My client wanted the smallest attainment available, but for a slightly higher price she decided to go with a larger 1 bedroom. She was in a waitlist for a few months before she was offered two apartments within a week.

Ridge pointe staff were very helpful and my mother is enjoying it there since moving in. [name removed] from a place for mom was very helpful in finding us some choices of places to look at.

This is independent living, rather than a care facility per se. The staff are excellent though and the services that are provided are. This is a beautiful place. Both staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend. This is a true gem, and we're very pleased with this choice.

Everyone at RidgePointe seems happy. When they see you on tour they go out of their way to tell you how much they love it there.

They have helped my mom with her phone and as you are probably thinking that's not in their job description. They'll bring her mail up when she forgets to check her mailbox. Just little helpful things like that

They all care about each other. It feels like a community and not just a building. Apt size 1 plus is awesome. Plenty of room. Great location. Close to me.

At first I was overwhelmed by the size of the place, moving from a single family home, but found that not everyone comes to every activity of all at once. I've not gone on slot of the outings yet but find that as I get older and drive less, that will be a good option. The food is good but I still cook so that helps if I don't like what's on the menu. The staff is extremely patient and understanding what it means to be getting older. They have been very kind to me and really look out for our safety.

Staff go above and beyond to solve any problem. They are timely in what needs to happen. They are all engaging and very friendly! More activities than any facility around. Sound proof building because it's made with cement!!

The building Manager was kind, accommodating & very knowledgeable. The building presented warm, clean and beautiful. The only thing that was a negative is, there is no storage unit & very little storage in the apartment.

Friendly residents and nice benefits: free breakfast, van rides, store and haircuts onsite, cheap lunch and supper available.

The residents and staff all made a great effort to learn my name and a little bit about me from the day I moved in. There are many excursions going every week and numerous and varied classes, presentations movies and small group activities. A person can be as busy or as laid back as they want! I sold my car the day I moved in which has worked out just fine. A shuttle bus takes residents to medical appointments, sopping for groceries and other things and takes residents on various excursions. Check it out!!!

I’m going on my eighth year here at RosePointe and I still LOVE it here! It’s kind of like living on a college campus. We each have our separate “dorm rooms” (apartments) as well as plenty of common areas and sociable people with which to gather. We have such a full calendar of activities that sometimes you have to choose between multiple events to attend. We’ve got groups that meet around a plethora of interests and hobbies, many of which are facilitated by our own active residents. For example, book club, TED talks, travel presentations, billiards, multiple games groups (bingo, poker, dominoes, bridge, and more), non-denominational spiritual enrichment (Bible study, communion, prayer groups), exercise classes, movie screenings, musical entertainment and sing-alongs. And then there are the excursions: men’s breakfast, women’s breakfast, co-ed lunch excursions, shopping, and special outings. Always something to do and someone to talk to. We welcome all newcomers to join in with us!
