Staff is very welcoming and AL activities are varied with frequent interesting outings.

Clean always, Quality of care, Friendly staff, good food, value for the money. Top five , but overall value was key, especially in today's world. Exceptional place, no worries or concerns for excellent care. Overall I would recommend them for the overall great place to be or be placed by a family member. I particularly liked the out door enclosed area.

The staff is very invested in each member of the community. Extremely patient, warm, & willing to help at a moments notice with the little things such as turning the Chanel on the tv or stereo, picking up laundry on a day other that that residence day, making sure Mom gets to meals etc, & great at de-escalation of dementia exacerbations.

The food is inconsistent and tends to be carb heavy. However, the staff is wonderful - everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, although sometimes a little slow to respond. The facility is always clean and doesn't have that musty "old people odor" you can smell at other facilities. The residents seem happy, or at least content.

I would give it 5 in all categories. It does cost about $[removed] more per month than other places I considered but that may account for the fact that I am very satisfied with my decision. Their staff seems to really enjoy their work. The move-in coordinator, [name removed] , is awesome. The activities coordinators, [name removed] and [name removed] , are so energetic and fun. Their nurses [name removed] and [name removed] are kind and patient.

I went to visit my grandma over Easter, and I have never been in a Memory Care before. My grandma has never looked better, she was laughing and having fun with her friends that she has made and her caregivers. There was music playing and the caregivers were dancing with the residents. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I look forward to visiting over the next holiday!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Good food, friendly people, and is kept very clean. It's a very pleasant place for Mom to live.

It's very clean. The food is great. They are really good about extra snacks and availability to food and drinks in between mealtime. They keep their days filled with activities and very rarely do they just "sit there."

I took a tour to try to find a place for my mom. I was met by residents out front who all said they loved living there are were excited to go see the entertainment that afternoon. They even asked me to join. The concierge was friendly and knew I was there for the tour. The tour was so well organized....like she knew exactly what would be important for me to see for my mom. She showed me the large living room with fireplace and I could see my mom sitting there reading her favorite book. The apartments are laid out nicely and the large bathroom with safety bars made me feel comfortable about mom doing well. I toured a lot of places because I was looking for just the right fit. I found it with Hearthstone at Leesburg.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care my dad has received at this facility. The staff here are truly exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me understand my dad’s dementia and have been a constant source of support throughout this journey. The food is fantastic, and they go above and beyond to ensure it's nutritious and tasty. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. What stands out the most is that the staff really takes the time to get to know my dad personally, which makes such a difference in his daily care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier memory care and assisted living. The peace of mind it’s given me is priceless.

Friendly, professional staff and an amazing facility. There is a very inviting breezeway as you enter the dining area where you'll enjoy delicious meals, and great options to help you create the perfect meal for you. Each unit seems to be tastefully decorated, while leaving enough for you to fulfill your creative impulses. Check this place out. It's conveniently located.

All 5"s . What we like the most about Ciel of Princeton is that it is beautiful, clean and the staff is great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Question one overall experience for my sisters and myself I would say a five they've been very helpful very attentive answer answering questions right away that we would have Question two cleanliness of the facility of five Question three friendliness the staff has been extremely friendly and very kind to my mother and extremely knowledgeable and friendly to my sisters and myself Question for quality of care on the behalf of Ciel I would give them a five we do experience some issue between doctors orders when Ciel is seeking information and change of medication for my mother. Question five administrative staff again a five they are easy to reach. Get back to you right away very kind and understanding with the family members and I often see them checking in with the residence. Question six food they have a chef on staff. I've had the pleasure of attending three family meals with my mother, and the food has always been good so again at five. Question seven activities they have a wide variety of activities. They also offer life loop so I would say a five. And then the last question that you have value of four money this is a hard question to answer because we went from paying $[removed] a month to $[removed] a month so it has been quite a hit on our budget, but I will say that we have great peace of mind having my mom at Ciel. It was the right move for my family, and we are now in the process of trying to set her up with the Medicare spend down so maybe this would be a four for us

5 for every one - it's truly exemplary My MIL is in the assisted living area. There are about 65 (?) units with varying levels of care ( she's a two) and you can add services as you need them. The staff is just lovely and very responsive to our needs. The facility is only about 5 years old and the bathrooms have zero clearance roll-in showers which is great! We have a medium 1 bedroom which is perfect for her as a single but the separate living/dining area would probably be okay for a couple. Kitchenette is a bit small but enough since she takes all her meals in the dining room. Lovely walkout to a small patio that will be perfect when the nice weather gets here.

Everyone is so wonderful. I have seen the nursing director and head of dementia so often helping with the residents. Really great care. The fact that they have PT on site is a huge bonus. Very good communication with the staff.

What we like the most about Bella Vista is that it is clean and the staff are very attentive. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Very easy and kind to my brother. He didn’t live long enough to enjoy all the benefits of Bella Vista but we saw all the great activities and positive energy that was Bella Vista! Thank you to the staff that tried to help my brother [name removed].

Everybody's very friendly there and very caring towards the residences. The activity director and her assistants are amazing and the interaction among all who live there is great.

I have been very pleased with my choice of Ciel Senior Living of Collierville for my parents! The staff and Doctors and nurses have all been very informative and are always willing to assist my parents! They regularly check on my parents throughout the day and night and my parents can use there call buttons whenever they need anything! They provide laundry service once a week and they do not mix the laundry with other residents. Maid service is also provided once a week. They also change and wash their bedding weekly. They provide excellent care and have plenty of activities planned for each day. The food is excellent and the dining room is beautiful! They also have a beauty salon where my Mom and Dad are able to get haircuts. Everything you need is right there all you have to do is ask. They also have a private dining room that you can reserve if you want to have a family dinner. It is a wonderful place to be.
