The staff was very nice and helpful. We had my mom all set up and had moved her things in but she got sick and passed away before she got there. Lady at reception desk is wonderful. Everyone was nice and helpful. We met several residents while moving in and out and they all seemed happy and well cared for. We saw lots of activities going on for them also. Never tried the food but it smelled very good and everyone was lining up early for it. This facility is older but seems well maintained. The level of care they provide is higher than many facilities. We were told be the nicest one in the area that if we chose them and my mom needed more care they would give us only a week to find somewhere for her to go. Many facilities charged for every service they provided so the cost was really high. Here they have a set price with everything included.

Traditons is a wonderful place for a senior family member to live. My grandmother has lived there over 6 months, and she loves the staff! The community gives her another family, whether it is other residents, their families or Community staff members. My family highly recommends Traditions for the care of your loved ones!

We moved my Dad in yesterday. This has been such a smooth, easy experience so far. Everyone graciously introduces themself with a smile and a handshake. They have made my dad feel welcome and comfortable. He has enjoyed the food and met a couple friends already. We're very happy with the decision to come here.

I can only comment on the Memory Care Unit. The people in there are very well cared for. It’s clean and spacious. They worked to try to accommodate our financial situation.

My granddaughter and my sister toured this facility and recommended it to me. We also had an aunt who lived here years ago and was pleased with it. Things are not always excellent when there is a shortage of staff, but —as in a family — everyone else steps in to get the job done. I would definitely select the Lodge if I ever leave and then need this care again.

My family was looking for an assisted living for my mother, we toured 4 facilities. Once we found Wells Point Lodge we were home. The welcomed us with open arms. The staff makes sure mom come out to activities and all meals. My overall experience with Wells Point has been nothing but professional and a great experience.

Ashwood Court is the only facility that we visited when looking for ‘a place for Mom’. The flexibility, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff were key points of the easy decision that this was ‘The place’. The widely varied social calendar and involvement of the activities director, [name removed] is great. [name removed, the director ( office on site) is directly involved with the residents’ care, meals ( he cooks a lot), activities, and very very hands - on involved in the well being of residents and staff as well. We are very comfortable that Mom is in good hands!

Great home and great staff. So many activities to keep you busy. The friends that you make are truly for life. Going on outings with your friends and getting to visit so many places. I can't say enough about ASHWOOD COURT.... except it's awesome.

I absolutely loved Ashwood Courts for mom. It's a warm place with a home feel environment. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about my mom. And [name removed], the director, was excellent! - always helpful and very knowledgeable. If mom had to be in an assisted living place, I'm so thankful she was at Ashwood Courts

The Oaks at Liberty Grove is a very clean facility. Dad thought meals were average, but we were satisfied compared to other senior centers. There are lots of activities but dad was primarily there for therapy sessions. They were very accommodating given our cutoff date & ability to rent furnishings short-term

Office staff is wonderful she’s always happy and bubbly! Love the housekeeper she’s makes sure the place is very clean and smells so good. They treat the residents like family. Would recommend to a loved one

We moved my brother to Wells Point Lodge in early April. Everything has gone so well. He seems happy here and no complaints. Originally he planned to have meals in his room but the first day they encouraged him to eat in the dining room and meet the other residents. Now he eats all his meals there unless he is not well. The staff is so friendly and upbeat especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I love the activities offered even though he doesn’t participate much. The family events are especially nice - like a barbecue in early May. Lots of the staff’s family come to help and it is well attended by the residents families too. I couldn’t be happier and it is such a relief to me that I don’t need to worry about him because he’s getting such good care

Looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one can be stressful and overwhelming. I was happy to find the staff at Wells Point Lodge to be knowledgable, caring and helpful, taking away some of the stress that goes along with this process. [names removed], and the wonderful staff have gone above and beyond to help my mom get settled and adjust to her new surroundings. I would encourage anyone looking at assisted living options to consider Wells Point Lodge.

My husband has been in the memory care unit at Traditions for three months. I haven't one complaint about his treatment by staff, cleanliness of the facility, food, or activities. The staff is beyond kind. The residents are treated like family. It is a tremendous relief knowing he is in the best place possible for him at the point in his journey. I would and have highly recommended Tradiditions to anyone who has a need for assistance for their loved ones.

I served the community with Magnolia Hospice by doing devotions and visiting our patients @ Wells Point Lodge. I was always so impressed with the warm, comforting feeling I always felt while there. My mother fell and broke her femur a year ago and I never considered any other place of care for her. I realize no place is perfect, but I do find Wells Point Lodge to be an exceptional leader in community living. Their staff is caring and kind; from management to cleaning. The meals are prepared, with thoughtfulness and love. There are other facilities that charge much more and may be posh, however Wells Point Lodge is “home” and family.

We felt like the staff really paid attention to learn his wants, needs and preferences. I loved the staff. Whatever we asked about, they were nice and kind and took care of this issue. I felt that more staff was needed during the weekends. My father would urinate all over room, hide his soil depends. The smell was pretty bad and the floor was always sticky. It seemed to be all the time due to several people visiting at different times. This is why I think more staff is needed. I have recommended Tradition's to several people.

I have been volunteering at this facility for a little over two years. It is a wonderful facility for activity's. The staff, volunteers, and residents, as well family members, are just great. It’s also very clean. I’d highly recommend this facility. To residents and family members considering it.

Our brother was starting to get forgetful on taking his meds, eating, drinking & sleeping at regular hours. We all felt like he was ready for an assisted living place. We looked at 4 around our area. The one that we all liked was Wells Point. Reason is it is smaller & the staff was very attentive to the residents. Brother even liked it. This was 9 years ago & he is still there. He likes the staff cause they get to know the residents, makes them feel like a person not a patient, has activities throughout the day, & great food. The family likes it because they encourage the residents to come out of their room & get involved in the activities, has family get togethers, & talk to us if any problems should arise. They have the best cooks, the nicest beautician & a wonderful nail tech. The nurses & staff are so friendly & will talk to you when you have a problem or question about the resident. We truly give Wells Point Lodge a 10 out of 10 & highly recommend you to come check it out.
