The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and told us things on the first day (about hospice and dealing with aggression) that a prior facility failed to bring up at all over several months. The facility has plenty of staff around so that even when some are helping individual residents there are people around to supervise everyone else.

I found the Peaks to be a good place. A little under staffed though. When it came to activities, they could do more to get residents involved as well as tailor to some of the particular interests of the residents.

The Ridge at Madison is a very nice community. Everyone seems very friendly. The staff here do as an excellent job with the residents.

Residences and I have a great time.

I moved here in September 2023. Warmly welcomed. Very supportive staff. Pleasant and effective management. Very good meals with options. Clean building. I highly recommend this facility.

I have lived here 9 years and this is my home! I love it here and all the 5's I gave it is true. I would not have been here 9 years if I didn't love it here. All employee are great.

The staff was amazing, they really did seem to care about my dad and loved that he was very friendly and always happy. The quality of the care suffered in that I think they were short handed. He developed a bed sore and then was not ambulatory at all after that and that's when things went downhill quickly. He seemed to enjoy the meals and eating in the dining room with the "cool kids". They put him at a table with like minded people and he enjoyed that. The activities department did a wonderful job. He enjoyed the arts and crafts, music activities and bingo. He even got to pet a llama and go on an outing to get a frosty at Wendy's.

I have a great experience every visit at the Ridge. Staff is very helpful and loves the Residents. The Facility is always clean & well-organized. I'd love my parents to live here.

my mother has been a resident for about 4-5 years. She has been going very well since her move to the larger common are and with mom's contact with others. There have been challenges, however they have been taken care of.

I would tell a friend, that it is a very good over all experience very easy admitting process, lots of great activities all day every day. But I would probably advise if it is short term for family to do the laundry. I knew it was a possibility but mom's clothes were lost on her first visit, most of them were found and returned. Her 2nd stay family did her laundry. I don't believe that would be an issue during a long term stay.

I would recommend The Ridge at Frisco to those looking for assisted living.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Peaks at Clinton and most everything was good for him at this facility.

What I really love about The Ridge at Madison is that they take Medicaid residents. The cost of being in an assisted living facility is not cheap and they are one of the only communities around here who accept payment from state funded insurance. Every other community is 100% private pay, meaning the residents pay completely out-of-pocket. It is so wonderful that there is a place for people who do not have tons of money to still be able to live and get the care they need.

i toured this facility back in september and it was so beautiful on the inside and out! the staff were all great with the members of the community! i give extra praise for the very friendly administration they were all so welcoming and caring during my entire time here! very highly recommended by me and my family!

Toured this facility on one occasion; facility was very clean and organized. Staff was very comforting and sociable. Overall I felt that this was a great community that was very welcoming and accepting of everyone. Would highly recommend.

My grandmother loves The Ridge at Madison! My visits are always uplifting. Staff is informative, compassionate, and empathic to my grandma's needs. She tells me every visit how she feels at home and welcomed there! Management takes a team approach with staff to effectively engage them in excellent care strategies.
