When our family was in crisis and desperately needed help for my father, Cumming Senior Living welcomed him with compassion, dignity, and kindness. During the final two months of his life, the care he received there was truly exceptional. [Name Removed] leads an incredible team, and the caregivers treated my dad with patience, respect, and genuine humanity every single day. [Name Removed] was an absolute angel to our family. She cared for my father so thoughtfully, always making sure he was meticulously clean, shaved, and comfortable right up until the day he passed. Her compassion meant more to us than words can express. Cumming Senior Living may not have all the luxury amenities of newer facilities, but what they provide is something far more meaningful: loving care from people who truly treat residents like family. We will always be grateful.

The staff [Name Removed] was very helpful, friendly and informative. We were impressed by the rooms and the cleanliness of the facility.

The facility is super nice but not suitable for my mom. Unfortunately as we are Indian and she eats predominantly Indian food, she will not be able to adjust. The courtyard is very nice and so it the balcony for her to sit outside and just watch nature which she loves. I would love to bring my mom to this location if food was not the biggest obstacle for us.

It was affordable and had great reviews. My brother loves it there! Definitely recommend! And the food is very good too!

They go above and beyond helping my mother. They know my parents have no money and are helping my mom as much as they possibly can. I am worried that in 6 months, they may have to leave because of money issues. Right now, they are about [Amount Removed]short and that is going to eat into their savings.

Activities are great. My dad doesn't like bingo or "entertainers clowning around." They have weekly Catholic Mass, rosary, and communion during the week that he really appreciates. It's not a Catholic facility, but they are very respectful of the needs of their residents. The food is restaurant quality and they will meet the needs of the residents. For example, they'll get Dad maple syrup for his oatmeal or oyster crackers for the chowder. They try very hard to accommodate requests to make each meal special. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and happy. Dad has been in multiple rehab and hospitals and some were horrific (non friendly staff, SMELLED, giving Dad narcotics). He has a private apartment and bathroom & most everything is included. (Phone/cable extra). Other places I looked had additional fees for laundry , bedding, snacks, etc.

I love Oaks at Ellijay. Best staff you could ever ask for. They have we welcomed my uncle and made him feel like family. He has lived his best life at Oaks at Ellijay.

All of the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. I would most definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Great experience! The staff was very well prepared and expecting the visit. The reception area and the receptionist were desirable and friendly. The host was most prepared with a ton of knowledge and materials. She answered all questions and even added suggestions for me. The facility was clean and well decorated. Everyone was happy and most accommodating. The activities was most appropriate and seemed enjoyable. The facility was spotless, well decorated and had a feeling of warmth and compassion. The employees seemed well prepared and enjoying their jobs. The outside was just as impressive as the inside and outdoor areas. Parking was convenient and well kept. The price was a bit high but well worth the sacrifice considering the quality of service offered and the staff.

After touring Oaks at Snellville, we were extremely impressed by both the staff and the facility, and we knew it was the right place for our mother.

Seeing my aunt happy and healthy is so comforting. The staff are caring and friendly. They make my aunt feel loved. When I visit, my aunt is always clean and happy. If I have questions, staff answer them. The food is enjoyable, seasonal decorations are fun.

The facility was nice, clean and cozy. The staff was courteous and attentive. They took great care of my father during his stay.

I have been looking at different assisted living facilities for my mom. We went for a tour, and I was very impressed with what they had to offer. We are moving forward in confirming a room with mom and excited for her and this next adventure. She is very open and loves talking to others so this will be perfect for her. I work from home and she has managed over the past year, but I see her sadness and boredom. She is excited to be able to be up and about and meet ....in her words.... new friends.

Everything was great - everyone was very helpful. It is clean, etc. I would very much recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

5 out of 5. Clifton is a beautiful cape-cod Inn experience. Clean, bright, inviting. Every employee takes the time to greet, smile, and engage with guests and residents. It's part of their job. Whether it is maintenance, Culinary, CNA, Director, office staff -ALL are friendly and caring. Questions answered clearly with patience. Residents are happy, engaged, and dressed nicely.
