Staff is fantastic! The apartments were recently completely renovated so they are really nice. It's a very cozy atmosphere with only 48 residents. Nice outdoor spaces and the food is very good. My dad's apartment is completely cleaned weekly and his laundry as well which comes back neatly folded. It's a short walk to Venice blvd that has a weekly farmers market and lots of cafes and shops.

It was perfect except that she didn't love the food. Care was outstanding, facility beautiful and clean, room was perfect. Only wish we would have sent her sooner so she could have enjoyed all they have to offer longer.

My mom really likes Ivy Park. [name removed] is a great leader for the establishment and the staff is all very nice. My mother especially enjoys the chef cooked meals and availability of food at any time. They have activities and parties that are very nice. The facilities is very clean and my mom Enjoys a shared room situation that works out economically for her. We shopped around for places and immediately knew that this one was the right one for her. We were right and are very happy with it!

Staff was amazing, care was excellent, food was great, plenty of activities never a dull moment, and housekeeping sparkled!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ivy Park of Sabre Springs. We stopped by hoping to get a peek and make an appointment. It turned out they were willing to see us right then and there we watched a bingo activity gathering up in a pub type room, even with the popcorn popper going. The residents seemed pretty excited by it. Our guide offered clear narration for each area and answered all our questions. I loved the way corridors opened up wider near corners and the elevators. Some of the designated areas were woven into the hallways and adjoining rooms. Every area felt welcoming and well cared for. The yard was peaceful and included a small putting green. The place felt so un-institutional i was impressed. We finished in a pretty conference room where we openly discussed priced and amenities. Our guide offered clear sensed we were a bit troubled by some prices and suggested ways to make it work. Overall my family and I enjoyed the place and the people.

Enjoyed the whole tour including [name removed]. Very informative and looking forward to working with the team there. The atmosphere and vibe of the community is fantastic.

Staff were very responsive to the needs of my mother and to me when I had questions. The facility is beautifully decorated, food excellent and staff friendly but professional.

I give Ivy Terrace 5 stars. The staff were wonderful, very caring and taking a personal interest in their residents. My husband only spent (1) day there before being hospitalized and he passed away shortly after that, so I can not rate the long term care. The cost is high but the facilities are excellent

I give Ivy Park 5 stars. My husband is not an easy person to care for, he has, for most of his life, owned his own businesses and always been in charge and in control. This disease has robbed him of that. He is not going quietly into the night. Not that there haven't been hiccups. But when I mention a concern to the staff they immediately find solutions. I have the sense that they genuinely care and that he is safe there. I was his caregiver for eight years and have a sense for when his needs are being met. The apartments are a nice size without the feeling of being closed in. The large window helps here. The food is excellent and the routine for meals and snacks works well since my husband has controlled diabetes. The staff are friendly and kind, there is a feeling of comradery and happiness amongst them. Visiting is easy, parking, access, etc. because the size of the complex although large is not overwhelming and simple to navigate. I am happy with the choice I made.

I have been to Oakmont Silver Creek several times. They always make me feel very welcome and even remember my name. I really enjoy the activities and the food is fantastic.

Our tour coordinator [Name Removed] was incredible. I toured 7 communities within a few days and Ivy Park and [Name removed] were hands down the standouts. He showed so much empathy for the clients and their experiences. But also I was struck by the flexibility and inclusivity of seniors who are on all parts of the aging spectrum. I also have to say I found it extremely refreshing to be given transparency around pricing and expectations. It's clear that Ivy Park wants to work WITH you to provide the absolute best for your family member. When my mom is ready to transition from independent living to assisted living, it will be with Ivy Park.

What we like the most about the community is How it is beautiful and very homey and comfortable. The staff knows each resident by name and can have a meaningful conversation with them.

The facilities are great. All the people so far have been amazing. We tried the food and it was awesome as well. Could not find any negatives.

This community is absolutely amazing, and from the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth, compassion, and genuine care that the team provides. [name removed] was one of the most incredible people I had the privilege of working with while searching for an assisted living community for my mom. She was compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping our family find the best possible fit. It was evident that her heart is genuinely in this work. After visiting many assisted living communities, I can honestly say that Ivy Park Santa Monica stood out above the rest. The entire team operates with so much love, professionalism, and dedication, creating an environment where residents are treated with dignity and kindness. Had a great visit. A very impressive facility, clean and well equipped. Friendly staff, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I am currently in the process of applying for residency. Well located in the the city of Milpitas.

I would give all the categories a 5. What we like the most about the community is knowing that my dad is being well taken care of. The wonderful caregivers, nice getting to know them. The property is very nice.

Staff was very professional, friendly, and informative. Grounds are well maintained and inviting. They were very accommodating when we inquired about a tour on short notice.

[name removed] was amazing! She was able to set up lunch with short notice and made my mom very comfortable with the conversation. Although it is a tough time, this made my decision very clear to help place my mom in a safe environment. THANK YOU

The dining staff has been the best. They remember everyone's little preferences, names, and always have my husband's Diet Coke ready even before ordering! Always friendly and wanting to please. The food is great! The housekeeping staff is equally great! I am not used to this luxury and it sure makes my life easier as I can spend my energy and time focusing on my husband's care since he has severe dementia. The sales staff went above and beyond and gave me a virtual tour while I was in Finland and I could tell this place was right for us. Being worried about traveling home, I decided to leave early and move into The Ivy as soon as possible. It was a welcome relief to feel comfort, safety, and security here. I will keep this as our home as long as possible!

Professionalism, kindness, beautiful facility, great medical assistance and overall desire of staff to meet his needs. I would strongly recommend Oakmont Fair Oaks. Thank you for all your help, kindness and professionalism.
