[name removed] was great. Answered all questions. Advised me about care options for mom and dad. Excellent facility with noticeable improvements done with the renovations. Mom is not ready to make a decision. And family will make decisions when ready.

Absolutely wonderful staff and great care of mom. I've not seen anything that is out of place or dirty. A slight smell of urine but that's to be expected and it wasn't strong at all. Everyone is always so kind to us and mom. For the first time in my life, my mom actually likes me since she has had her meds accurately adjusted. Every time I have called everyone has been so pleasant and professional. Every place is expensive and I'm very happy with the facility that is taking care of mom.

I think they deserve a five the staff has been fantastic of course you have to work together. Most people just put one person in assisted-living. I had to put two I've done everything on my end I can and they have done the same. Chapters living has been a very good place for my mother. I am sure it's been as much of a trying time for them as it has been for me, but they've always been good.

It is not a huge facility so the personnel knows everyone. It has always been very clean and tidy when we visit. They keep the patients on a schedule ie breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time. The food is good and varied. They come in and clean Moms room, she is always clean ( though she complains when they have her shower it is a little cool!). They have a craft room where they can go. We are very happy she is in Known Memory Care.

Stefanie was very thorough and helpful every step of the way. Brenda at the front desk and Alan over maintenance are both amazing and very nice. Anything that came up was immediately addressed and resolved. And my Mom's doctors are all next door or across the street. We are very pleased.

Beautiful facility with wonderful, caring staff. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Would definitely chose Chapters!

It’s very clean. Rooms were clean and good sized. Those employed were all very kind. The residents knew all their names and came by to say hi. Everyone seemed content. There were several places where they can go outside and enjoy the fresh air safely. The areas were set up neatly and enclosed.

What we like the most about the community has just been Everything! The staff are wonderful and the community was just completely remodeled!! Yes, we would recommend Chapters of Canton to other families.

We really do like the place. They have been great with her so far! They are now called Chapters Living. absolutely recommend this place. It is the cleanest facility of its kind I have ever been in. They keep the residents out of their rooms and interacting with each other so they aren't isolated and lonely.

Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care Crown Pointe/Chapters SeniorLiving of Carmel has provided to my Father. From the moment we walked in for a tour, we knew this was the right place. The staff at Crown Pointe/Chapters are truly exceptional. They treat the residents with such dignity, patience, and genuine affection. It isn’t just a job for them; it’s clearly a calling. Whether it’s the nursing team, the dining staff, or the administrative office, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure my Father feels safe and supported. The facility itself is immaculate/bright/welcoming, and the transition was much smoother than we anticipated. We’ve been especially impressed by the Activities, Amenities, beautiful garden courtyard, and variety of social outings, which has helped my Father stay active and engaged. Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing they are in a secure, loving environment. I highly recommend and trust Crown Pointe/Chapters of Carmel!

I loved Chapters and will be moving my mom into Chapter soon. Everyone was very friendly and everything was in great shape. I loved all the activities the staff and Chapters provide. Also nice that medical and pharmaceutical services are on site. The location is very convenient.

I recently visited a family member at this facility and [name removed] helped us through our journey. [name removed] is a very friendly and sweet. Individual was very welcoming since this was my first time ever going & seeing my grandma in such a state. he really put my mind at ease. It was very funny! The place was very clean and relaxed. You can tell everyone here enjoys their job.

We give them a 5 they are very helpful with the seniors and have a great attitude towards them. I do recommend them and I want to to let you know that it also has been fully renovated - very nice place.

I attended the annual holiday party last week and it was amazing. It was fun & I enjoyed the facility. The staff seem to be very caring and attentive. Seemed like the residents felt at home. The environment was welcoming & very clean. Will definitely be referring my friends & family to Chapters Living of Carmel.

I recently toured this facility, looking for a good place for my mother to stay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. All my questions and concerns were answered with confidence and no hesitation. Every room and dining area were very clean and the residents all seemed happy (which speaks volumes to me)

Although I am motorized wheelchair bound, I have full access everywhere in this facility - including the beautiful courtyard in the summer, where we also have a garden area and fun cookouts (complete with bubbles and sometimes squirt guns!). The staff takes the time for a chat, will listen to my concerns, and are always very helpful to me. Bingo is the highlight of the week, but I have many friends playing other games and working projects. A good place to be.

Wonderful facility great place for Mom, recommend them for assisted living . The staff has been so wonderful, helpful. Looked at a lot of facilites, this one is close. To our home. Looked at other facilities and the staff and company have been so accommodating. Mom enjoys her friends and [name removed] in activities very fun for her.
