Heritage Crossing is beautiful and smells good. The response time from the director [name removed] has been incredible. [name removed] also worked with us on timing and helped us with all questions we asked and we had a lot. The communication from [name removed] after she assessed mom was quick and she had a plan specifically for her needs prior to moving in. They treat you like an individual and really listen.

Such a great clean wonderful affordable place:) [name removed] was a wonderful person and big help I would definitely recommend this place

The Gallery at Ft Collins is amazing in every way possible. The staff, the care, the food, the atmosphere, everything. We could not have chosen a better place for my Dad to land. I trust them with his life and the director is attentive and understanding. He's only been there for two weeks but the improvements in his overall health are incredible.

My Dad goes down to order lunch and dinner almost everyday and every single person that works in that area is very, very kind to my Dad. He loves going to see them. [name removed], at the front desk is always helpful and kind. I enjoy talking to her when I'm there. There is an Alzheimer's Support Group each month and that is very helpful. The woman who does it is great! Love her

Friendly staff. Good food. Plenty of activities. We checked other facilities. (Me, and my children) We all decided this was the best choice. My daughter in law said I was 'giving a gift to my family' by choosing to go into an assisted facility. I would recommend to others.

After carefully reviewing 23 facilities, talking with 16 of them and touring 6 facilities, Heritage Crossing was on our list of top 2 facilities due to staff to patient ratios, medical capabilities, resident activities, cleanliness and excellent nutrition offered. Transparency with finances and overall value put Heritage in the top spot. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, even when our tour guide left the room for a few minutes. But the thing that stuck with me the most was the happy look on residents faces. This facility really stands out.

This place was awesome!! The first thing you noticed when you walk in is the beautiful atrium feel of their lobby with everything from chairs to a fire pit a game room on the side a bar everything a person would want where they could socialize with the other people living there. All kinds of things to do, from painting lessons to a movie theater. What more could a person want if I could’ve done it I would’ve moved in that day. Thank you Haley for a wonderful visit.

Cleanliness , good food. Great therapy options onsite. Amenities are plenty and accessible. Location is great.

Enjoy a comprehensive tour and am very impressed with the facility, particularly the pool and grounds. Rooms and common areas are very appealing as well.

It is a very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in the front door. There are activities every minute from 10 to 6 and sometimes there are things to do at 6 such as wine and paint or wine and line dance. The food is good and the price is good.

It is safe and welcoming. The facility is clean and up to date. I would recommend this community to others.

The building is always incredibly clean, well organized, and maintained, and the staff here truly care about the residents. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind, patient, and respectful, which makes a huge difference in the environment every day. It’s rare to find a place where the team works so well together and genuinely wants the best for the people living here.

Very nice place...rooms are spaced out well....eating area very nice and variety of meals.....parking is ok.....nicely layed out

My dad really liked it there and everyone was so helpful and friendly to him. He was only there about 6 weeks before he passed but I am eternally grateful for each and every staff member and the wonderful care they gave him. He could never walk in the halls without someone stopping to say hello. They really made his last days the best.

The Gallery is a lovely facility with nice amenities including a pool. Residents all seemed busy and happy. I’m sure it would be a very pleasant place to live.

The staff are friendly, and the facility is well-presented, both of which make a positive impression. Serving hot food consistently would further enhance the experience and help improve the food score.

I was very impressed with this gorgeous and brand new facility. I am looking for an Assisted Living community for my mom who currently lives out of state. The many different dining rooms are lovely and the menus sound delicious. The exercise opportunities and on-site Physical, occupational and speech therapies are impressive. I appreciated seeing all the different activities offered here. It was nice to be able to walk through several different apartment floorplans.

The staff is amazing, the entertainment is over the top, the food is superb, activities and events are so much fun that the whole family loves to go and spend time there! No comparison from where she used to live in Minnesota we didn’t even know a place like this existed
