I am very happy here. We have breakfast and lunch, lunch can be enough to also have some for dinner. We go to various local restaurants and different business , always interesting trips. They provide us with a driver to take us to Dr appointments. I have my sweet [name removed] here too. I highly recommend it here

My mom has been very happy with Broadwell as an I. Staff is so kind. Administration is very thorough, helpful and friendly. Facility is very clean and well kept. I would and have highly recommended Broadwell to others.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had lunch and dinner with mom. Both were satisfactory but mom complains the food is terrible. She's 93 and complains a lot about everything because she's not happy she had to move out of her home. She just needs time to get used to her new surroundings. She's very hard of hearing which makes her not want to socialize.

Richmont staff is super accommodating- providing plenty of activity's to cater to everyone. 2 meals provided a day , cleaning, laundry, storage. Staff know who they are, so if there is a concern with mom they are immediately helping!

What we like the most about Richmont Senior Living is that it is a small community, selection of events and entertainment. The food is good too. I've shared lunches with then on several occasions. Staff is prompt, helpful and most important...nice.

So my mother is in her approximate 8th year with her dementia battle and due to both my parents coming down with Covid at christmas the decision had to be made for mom's future care. Phone calls began with A Place for Mom and with in a day we had a visit planned, a room reserved based - on all the positives my dad saw and mom moved in the day her quarantine finished. PROVIDENCE has been a God's send. Everyone from the top administration staff to the nursing team, cooks, maintenence and beautician have been amazing. They have shown so much love, kindness and genuine care since day one. They have eased all my families worries and concerns from day one. They have walked us thru our first emergency visit and celebrated special anniversaries, all while reassuring us daily that mom is doing so well and adjusting to her new life while also showing the same love and concern for my dad. We have nothing but praise for this loving facility and would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone !!??

The staff is the best. I chose this facility because of the location, the size of apartments, the food and the safety for the residents.

Unfortunately, over the last nearly two years my wife has experienced several hospital and rehab stays. Generally speaking they have not been good experiences. My concern when placing her in a long term memory care facility was her safety and her compatibility with the facility. Providence Place has exceeded our expectations. Their staff is very caring and compassionate. The facility is well managed and maintained. The kitchen staff is the best. They keep the residents engaged and busy. We are so happy to have found this place.

My Mom feels safe and has made many new friends. We love it that Mom is safe. She also has her dog with her. The apartment is just the right size. She enjoys having her meal with friends

What our family likes the most about this community is just how helpful everyone is there and the overall atmosphere of the community is very inviting. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

The staff were so helpful to family and mom especially when things were difficult during covid. Mom had insurance so the value for the money was perfect.

My loved one was a resident at Richmont Senior Living. This is a very nice facility, everything was great and we were very happy with it. The care, the cleanliness, the friendliness were all great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We've been very happy with Broadwell. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about the residents. I would recommend them to anyone!

My loved one seems to like the food. They have activities, and something is going on all the time. It's affordable. The apartments/suites is slightly bigger, better laid out, and it's a good price range. The staff is friendly, and knows eveyone by name, and treats them well. I chose this community, out of all the places, because my loved one picked this one as first choice in the affordabilty category , and they had openings.

We loved the community. The care levels were more expensive than we we wanted.

I believe this is a very good place to place a loved one that needs assisted living. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. This is suitable for most individual's pocketbooks. The staff are helpful, friendly, and are responsive to questions and concerns. They are good about keeping the family updated on your loved one's care. There is a sheet sent to the family with activities. Field trips, games, entertainers, card parties, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The community has transportation to doctor appointments and more for the resident's to use.

We chose Richmont Senior Living because the people could not have been any nicer, we were in within a week and everything worked out great. They are really easy to communicate with and they are very good about calling back with any questions or concerns. The director has been in my moms room a couple of times checking in on her, they are very hands on team. My mom feels safe here and I feel safe having her here. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My mother was moved to Richmont Terrace after a poor experience at another AL facility. The staff at Richmont welcomed my mom and immediately took care of her needs. I feel my mom is safe and her needs are met. My mom has made friends and all staff members encourage residents to be their best.

I would highly recommend the community for others for their loved ones. They have been great for us. The staff are easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. My loved one likes it here. We were lucky to find them.
