We are happy overall with the staff. There are lots of options for activities but dad hasn't taken advantage of many of them. Not happy that after two months I got a letter that rent is going up next month.

It is very homey, and a caring and social community. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching.

We originally chose this community because it offered independent living, assisted living, and memory care all in one location, and it fit the price range we needed. What truly set it apart, though, was how genuinely friendly everyone was from the very first visit. The entire complex is spotless, well-maintained, and full of engaging activities that keep residents involved and supported. One of the strongest endorsements for us was learning that team members trust this community enough to have their own loved ones living here. That speaks volumes. We continue to feel confident and grateful knowing my parents are in a place that cares so deeply.

They gave great recommendations for a new living independent living apartment. He picked one in a community very close to were he previously lived, so he is very familiar with the area and still close to friends. It is close to where he lived previously. So there is familiarity. Also, the people at his new place are very warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and they were easy to work with. Made the process very easy to help reduce the stress and anxiety of moving.

I would recommend Silver Creek. The food quality and appeal is inconsistent, and I think they could do better in that area. Take a tour and check it out. It is a great place

Connecting with Village Shores was very easy and enjoyable very full and comprehensive review of the facilities very casual, amicable conversation and understanding the options that are available. The individual that I received the tour from was very knowledgeable and always pointed out options and alternatives to ensure that the needs were met appropriate to what the resident required Overall very very good experience. Everyone was very kind and polite and courteous and engaging.

The staff were very nice. I would recommend to others.

Some of the things that stuck out about Silver Creek on Main were: the responsiveness, (yet not overbearing) of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the wide variety of activities provided, and the "resident-first" attitude of the staff. They made special accommodations for my mother to be able to tour the facility with me (she was NOT the person who was looking to become the resident) I never felt like my family member was just a number or simply a profit center for them.

Their patience with my husband when he first got to Memory Care unit. He was very angry and uncooperative. Also how they figured out how to keep him busy with picture books. He was in a big chair and had to sit by the table or he would wiggle around and fall out of the chair. They gave him big portions of food because he was a big eater and would eat everything. Sometimes I felt he was not dressed for the weather. He was cold sometimes. Otherwise he did well there.

The facilities are great and the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't know if anything that they should improve on. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Summit Place Senior Campus to other families based on the experience we have had.

My mother in law said overall she is very happy with the place but it would be nice to have the visiting podiatrist come more often since appointments book up fast. And the bistro could be open more. But those are just her thoughts. She is finally getting into activities and making friends. So she enjoys the community.

I am beyond thrilled & impressed with Village shores!! You could also add my mom has Alzheimer's and the staff have been very proactive and aware of her struggles, but also communicate with us as a family when they notice a change. It's a very hard thing to need to determine when your mom is ready for memory care, we are so thankful we aren't alone in it.

Mom chose it mainly because her mom was there years ago. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help with anything!

My dad is happy living at Silver Creek on Main, I would recommend the facility to others.

What we like the most about Silver Creek is the cleanliness, the food, the friendliness, laundry service and quality of the facility.

I would rate them all 5. It has been a very good experience the staff is wonderful and my dad has made a smooth transition to senior apartment living. The only small critique I have is that I wish that there was a way for them to help get him more involved in the community.

My mother moved into Esplanade Gardens this past December. From day one the staff has treated us as family. They are kind, helpful, compassionate, and well trained. They know if she doesn't go down to the dining room, and they check on her. The staff all know the residents names and are considerate and caring. My mother has become happy there and she was against moving to assisted living in the beginning.

My loved one is very happy and has made many friends. They offer flexible meal plans and a la carte services. Good social events for a broad range of interests and abilities - many offsite tours to museums and other areas of interest. Apartments are medium size for the description. Her one bedroom is about 660 square feet, on the smaller side of what's available. There are larger units available, some with balconies, some with in unit washer/dryer

FIRST: [name removed]! We loved her- competent knowledgeable, fun, beautiful- clearly loves her job and the people of Parkshore. The facility is beautiful + such a dignified response to aging in place & clearly understands and learn and connects throughout life. Wonderful that people can- and need to! - Continue to grow activities + apartments are spacious, and inviting.

This facility must be included in your search for the next home for your mom. It has all of the right elements a loved needs to be happy and remain vital in their life. Especially, knowing Summit Place has the full continuum of care.
