Franklin Park Senior Living

The staff is extremely friendly, has gotten to know and care for my dad. They go out of their way to help him. The staff know me by name and always greets me. Nice comfortable furniture in dining area and on the patio. Beautiful dining area.

We recently tour FP it was an informative and helpful experience. The staff was outstanding, at listening and suggesting options for our family. I would highly recommend Franklin Park in Boerne Texas.

Rooms are bright and "happy ". My mom is in an efficiency apartment, but she thinks she has a fabulous room and is always commenting on how happy she is.

We were very pleased. There is a ton of light in all the apartments which is really nice. The staff is very kind and friendly. The building is beautiful and the grounds are really well cared for.

I recently took my father to tour The Franklin for potential living arrangements for him. We ate lunch there which was delicious and beautifully presented. We toured the facility which was very beautiful and the people are very kind.. He really liked The Franklin and might consider living there soon.

The staff and the residents have been welcoming, kind and have taken my mother under her wings to make her feel at home.

They were really helpful and informative. Everything looked clean and up to date. I liked the variety if activities and amenities for the residents at

[name removed] showed us rooms available and gave a tour of the facility. She gave us good information and explained pricing and floor plans and different levels of care. Very informative

The main thing is that they're taking good care of her. She's 97 and she does not really want to go down to meals with everybody else. She prefers just to be on her own and they bring her meals to her. The staff are caring and loving and make her feel like they really do care about her. It's clean, open to visitors at all times, and well run. If I ever have any questions or concerns, they want to hear about it and they do get back to me. It is expensive, but worth every penny!

I give them all a 5. Any complaints have been addressed right away. My mother is very happy there, great socializing opportunities. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! I think she's referred 3 others from her Senior Center in the past month

The staff is very nice and attentive and always helpful. Activities are a little boring or mundane at times. Need more encouragement to get involved. The overall environment is great. No clutter. , pleasant odor and a variety of soft music playing at most times. The food is average. Sometimes overcooked, flavor issues and need for better plating & presentation.

Very kind and caring staff. Residents are well cared for and well fed. Activities abound! A great place Very clean and well lighted.

My mom lives in the building. She is very sick and 87. We came from Colombia and love the people. They even have some Spanish speaking people who work there.

We love this place! Our mom enjoys her new home. She likes the food and is much happier.

Visited friend in Sept who just moved here. Very clean staff so nice went to luau with dancer and singer and great food.

Beautiful property. Staff was friendly nice apts just don't want to move.
