The staff is very helpful when moving in and welling to make my experience easy. People are friendly and food is very good...not my recipes but still good. Still unpacking, making my place room. I think that will take a while.

I was looking to explore what services they had to allow a person who is profoundly deaf to be successful at living on their Assisted Living program. They had a remarkable fall provincial program, including a motion sensor monitoring system in every room so person is below a 20 inches from the floor it will alert Caregiver immediately. They also use the handheld dictate for the Deaf, which is an app that has recently been developed, and the staff does know how to use that and work with people who are profoundly if they say the rooms are very beautifully appointed and the best part for my client is that Food is available as snacks 24 seven and there’s no food Police that monitors how many cookies you eat or whether you go with the right time, etc. it is a very welcoming and kind community. It appears and the receptionist was very nurturing and went out of her way to make us comfortable. I would recommend to consider for people who are profoundly deaf and alert or needing memory care.

All 5s except for the meals and dining food. Most of the food is good but mom has been disappointed with some dishes. However what we like the most about the community is their very friendly and caring staff; residents are also kind, it didn't take long for mom to make friends; good amount of activities each day

My mom was treated very well and your staff did a great job helping her and looking out for her wellbeing. I would definitely recommend for anyone. Wonderful place and wonderful people. My mom really loved it there.

Staff/care, activities, food, cleanliness, and room size are all great. I don't think there's anything more from these areas that I could ask for more. The only thing I would change if I could is not knowing from the very beginning that there would likely be additional charges for her care. I was caught completely off guard. I did see where there could be additional charges, but nothing was brought to my attention until after plans were made to have her move in.

My experience has just been outstanding in all areas. The exception is the mess in the kitchen and the inconvenience it continues to cause.

Housekeeping does need some work, building is undergoing some renovations. Otherwise, I couldn't be more pleased. every time I've gone to visit both the neighbors and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I am still trying to get my dad to socialize in his community and get to be more a part of his community, which is a work in progress.

I recently toured The Princeton and had an interview with [name removed], the facility director. Based on my own research, as well as the tour and interview, I now have my mom on the wait list for the memory care unit. The structure of each day, as well as planned activities and layout of the unit seemed to truly cater to those with dementia.

We loved our experience. [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]were incredible to work with. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My husband’s parents will be moving into Kentridge shortly for a short term stay while their modular home in our garage is being built. I would highly recommend their beautiful facility!

We met with the administrator & felt at ease.All our questions & concerns were addressed. There was good communication even when we were on a waiting list. I appreciated the transparency of cost & care. My parents were pleased to have the option of a separate sleeping room. I liked the call button & fall detectors. My father enjoys the variety & flexibility of his food choices.

Was very satisfied. Staff friendly. Building excellent and liked the outside walking paths and looking forward to visiting independent living sometime in future.

The Madison is a very nice place. I was impressed with all facets of the organization. People are very friendly and very professional at the same time. I am still looking at other facility's, but the Madison is certainly on my short list.

I love it here. It's a beautiful community and the people and staff are very welcoming and caring. I'm so glad I chose Mallard Point Senior Living! The food is great and meals are included in the cost. Transportation is also included. The grounds are well maintained. Activities are also included. The staff has worked with me to make a smooth transition.

The staff members are always willing to help answer questions and they all seem to smile all the time. The activities we've gone to have all been fun or helpful or interesting. The housekeeper does a good job of keeping both the common areas and individual apartments clean, with individual apartments being cleaned once a week and the common areas daily. We are enjoying being able to eat 3 meals a day anytime we from 7 to 7. The meals are varied with a different entree and dessert each day with Breakfast being served all day. Living here is a huge change for us, but with good food, activities, and friendly residents and staff, we are happy we made this our new home.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The grounds were amazing including a bocce court, walking paths and an area for residents to garden. The facility was incredible! The rooms were spacious. I liked the balcony or patio option. The dining area was impressive in terms of the variety of food for each meal on the menu and the fact that the dining area is open all day. The theater, library and game rooms were an added plus. The entire facility was immaculate. In terms of pricing, the point system used made sense in that a person in independent living could purchase one aspect of assisted living without being moved to the assisted living area. Since my friend doesn't drive we were very satisfied with the transportation options for residents. I talked to two of the residents and they loved living there.

[name removed] did a wonderful job of showing us all the amenities for the neighborhoods, explained things well, and answered all questions…always with a smile, patience, and humor with my sister who is very reluctant to leave her home. We enjoyed a delicious lunch while there. I would definitely recommend this to those looking for assisted living or memory care. The rooms are larger than I’ve seen at other facilities, with larger closets. My thanks to [name removed] for all your help!

People are professional and compassionate. Dining room compares to many quality restaurants. Facility nicely designed and decorated.

It's independent living. The staff depends on the day, some of the administration staff are very good, others just think they are better than you. The food is overall good, but they need more variety. The activities are a 5 if they would include all of the residents
