Bella Vista Assisted Living Home

I loved La Bella! My mom was very nervous going into a home, and they made her feel very comfortable. The house was always very clean and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend LA Bella Vita!

When I walked on the door and met the owners and saw the home, I immediately knew it was the place. I would recommend it. They took very good care of my dad.

Overall experience 10/5. Mom feels "at home" here. She would not be still with us had she gone elsewhere. It's a loving family atmosphere. Family has two children and two dogs. Caregivers are husband and wife - they do have substitutes often in order to take breaks. They have allowed us to come visit from out of town and my sister comes once or twice week to visit. Mom has a private room and a hospice nurse. She feels well liked by the staff. She has her own phone line and is comfortable and content to be there.

La Bella Vista has just been great, we really like the fact that it is a residential home so there are only 5 residents in the home at a time so we know our loved one is getting great care. The staff are always looking after the residents and they do a great job looking after the community and keeping it clean. We have not had experience with their meals or dining service but our loved one seems pleased. The activities are pretty limited still, but overall we are very pleased with La Bella Vista.

The team of caregivers here as husband and wife. They serve homestyle dinners and have animals to interact with the residence. It is a home environment. I would definitely recommend this community to others

[names removed] were great. Very homey and clean. You can tell they are very caring and effecient. However my Dad is not ready to move or it could have been a good fit. I know they would take care of him like I would.

My daughter and I agreed. We felt great just walking in. John and his wife were just great. I think this will be the home for my mom. John and I will keep in touch.

Very nice, clean and non-institutional feeling. I like the apartment style living as opposed to a single room. Wide bathroom door is a plus. Kitchen area is homey with full size refrigerator. Separate bedroom and large closet. Medication management sounds good. Medical staff present.

My husband was here for about 6 wks. They took good care of him. He was bed ridden so he was limited. They would check on him often they were nice and caring. The food was good they would have to feed him. This was a fairly new home and could hold 5 people so it was very homey feeling. Hospice had a nurse come out 1x a week and then an aide to shower him 2x a week. I would recommend this community.
