Preston Place

I have been very pleased with Preston Place II. The staff has been very good to work with. It took a little while for my aunt to get adjusted to being somewhere besides her home. I’m sure that is very common, and I am thankful that the staff worked with us to cope with all the changes my aunt went through.

5s across the board. Our experience at Preston Place 2 has been above and beyond what I expected. The staff are amazing and mom is content. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

When we visited the feel was very organic. Which was something we loved. It is very not clinical at all. The caregivers are great with mom and other residents. They seem to truly care. The nurses are amazing and keep me in the loop with moms medical needs and findings. They keep them busy but don't force them to do things if they elect to sit one out. I haven't eaten there but I can say it smells amazing when they cook.

Preston Place is awesome. My mother in law is doing so well. She receives so much good care from all of the staff there and is treated with much love. She loves it there.

This is the place you want to put your loved one. They actually care for the people. It's not just a job to them. They are committed, and it's inspiring to watch them. I love seeing the patients all with a smile on their face and happy. It's clean. It's where you would want to be yourself, and an excellent place for your loved one. I can't say enough good things about them.

The staff do an incredible job keeping the community clean, and they really took to our loved one fairly quickly we have not had any problems with their friendliness. They have continued to just go above and beyond for us. The activities director is wonderful, she has many different things going on during the week like bingo, puzzles, and special outings. On Sundays they bring in a preacher and almost everyday they have devotionals. On the weekends when the weather is nice they will have picnics and corn hole tournaments. It is fairly small community so it offers more of that one on one care and the price is about the best in the area.

Beautiful community

The staff are extremely friendly, and just so kind. The residents get to have days where they visit the other residents on the independent living side. The community itself is beautiful, a very pleasant place to live and a very pleasant place to visit your loved. The meals and dining service are amazing, we would get them 100%, they cook on a top notch chef level.

The decorations, especially what the activity director gal is able to do around the holidays is just wonderful. The porch and the surrounding grounds with all the place is super nice. Based on what our loved one says when we do speak with her she says the meals and dining service could use improvements.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour but when we left the management just left us hanging we never had a follow up call or anything

I thought Preston Place Suites was very nice. There was nothing wrong with it. It just felt a little more institutional and didn’t give the homey feeling we were looking for. The facility was nice, and everything seemed good. It just wasn’t the atmosphere we were looking for.
