Very happy with the facility. The staff seems to be pretty attentive. There's usually three people there for 10 to 14 residence and it looks like they have everything under control.

Overall they are caring, kind and treat each resident with kindness and respect they keep me informed about my loved one and send regular updates when I can't get there in person. The house is always clean and tidy and staff is always very attentive. The administration has been extremely helpful in helping facilitate the needs of my family member. 5 across the board it's not a typical memory care "facility " it's a home for people with memory loss and it's a great place for my family member.

This was the first facility I toured and left knowing it was the right fit for my father. All my questions were answered fully and I could wander around as I wished. The ability for the residents to go outside when the weather is fair was a huge plus. All the staff did everything to make this transition as easy as possible. The homey atmosphere makes it feel like you are living in a house and not a facility. I highly recommend.

It really feels like a home. The workers are absolutely wonderful. They really get to know the residents and have a relationship with them. It is always spotlessly clean. I am beyond pleased with this choice. Thanks to A Place for Mom for sending me here.

I really like South River because everything is on one floor. Very helpful, answers questions promptly. Staff always smiling and super friendly. Interaction with my mom is great. My mom is happy and safe. Grateful for the excellent care she is getting.

Fox Trail Memory Care Living at Cresskill is a safe and loving facility. The most important aspect is that the staff truly cares about each of the residents and they're like a big, happy family. My loved one was a resident at Fox Trail Memory Care Living at Mahwah. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the facility was very clean. I would recommend the facility to family and friends. There was always communication, as I was there a few times a week. I didn't eat the food, so I can't comment on that one.

Our mom has adjusted very well. We are happy that she is safe and thriving. I felt that the our mom would strive better in a group home where there would be one on one interaction and doing things together as a small group. When my brother and I moved her to Fox Trial, it went so smoothly, there was no wanting to leave, no I want to go home. We were expecting the worst, but amazingly it went off without a hitch. I believe that God went before us with this. The director, [name removed] is super--caring, understanding, always available for a phone call, returns emails. When we placed our mom at Fox Trail, that evening we got a call from [name removed] wanting to know how we were doing. We get videos of our mom interacting with the other residents in community and everyone is engaged and being treated with respect, kindness, and grace. My brother and I have peace of mind knowing that our mother is safe!

My mom has been living at Fox Trail Ramsey since [date removed]. I am very impressed with the homelike atmosphere. Creates a non-institutional feel. The staff are kind, dedicated, and professional. I am confident and have peace of mind now that my mom lives at Fox Trail.

Moved my husband here in March. It has been hard, but I visit often and know he is safe and well cared for when I am not here.

We moved my father to this community in [date removed] He surprised my sisters and I by settling in quickly and accepting help from staff. We visit often but know he is happy and well cared for when we cannot be there. We are very grateful.

I recently put my mom in Fox Trail M. C. Living Cresskill. The staff are awesome! I started with a respite and she made so many friends and became more social. The team made the process so easy I learned it was best for my mom to stay!

This is a unique community. There are only 15 residents at a maximum. It is like living in a big home with your family. I liked how everything is family style. It is a very cute community.

My mom moved to Fox Trail in February. [name removed] and the staff have done an amazing job helping her acclimate. She is happy, and so are we.

Impressed with staff, appearance, and overall presentation of building. If you are looking for an intimate home-like setting for your loved one, this is the community for you.

We moved my husband here 6 months ago. He is happy and well cared for. I visit every day and know when I leave he is okay. They are also very pet friendly!
