We are very happy at the Cottages. My mother is now completely blind now. The staff is very attentive and takes wonderful care of her. She can walk and take care of her personal needs but she needs help with choosing clothes and guiding her walk to meals and activities. They help her by gathering needs for morning and bedtime routines. They accommodate her food requests and let her know what food is where on her plate. It is the perfect place for her. The staff is like family. They give her the assistance that she needs but she still feels independent which is very important to her.

A 5 for each category. The facility and staff are wonderful. My mother is very happy at The Cottages of Milledgeville.

She likes everything about the Cottages, except the meals. I thought the meals look pretty good myself! The facility is nice and the staff and residents are friendly! Renee does a great job with activities and she seems to enjoy what she does.

Hi, My Grandmother recently moved into this facility, and from beginning to end Jola was friendly and helpful. There are always activities for those interested. They also offer meals for those in independent living, so cooking isn't such a chore. So seriously check them out if you are looking for an option for yourself or a loved one.

We are very pleased with The Cottages of Milledgeville! Hospitality was very kind and courteous. Maintenance in elevator was kind and courteous. All staff members I have met have been excellent and respectful.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly. My loved one enjoys the meals provided, and there are lots of activities to keep the residents engaged and social. There is a kitchenette in the apartment. The community takes care of the laundry for my loved one.

The Cottages at Woodland Terrace is a great place to downsize and simplify your life in retirement. It is located in a town in middle Georgia that is just the right size. My husband and I looked at the Cottages for 3 years before we made the decision to down size and when we made the decision, moved in without hesitation and never looked back. The patio homes are well kept as well as the beautiful landscaping. Most of the utilities are included as well as yard care. The Manager is very attentive and professional and responsive when something needs to be prepared. The residents are friendly and participate in planned activities of the facility. It has given us the independence we were looking for to be able to travel without worrying about our home. We would recommend the Cottage to anyone in retirement.

Since I moved to The Cottages @ Woodland Terrace in May 2016 I have been a "Happy Camper". After being head of my household for 20+ years, dealing with all the upkeep and stresses which it brought, plus the cost I was faced with monthly for utilities, grass, etc., I was forced to downsize. My first night of being in this community was one of complete relaxation. There is peace and quietness that is welcomed daily. So many activities are offered here to keep residents involved if they choose. I'm glad to be in this community and share my contentment with those who are thinking of making a Senior/Retiree Change!!

I love living here it was a good move for me. I find it a little expensive but well worth it. The community offers a lot of activities so I keep myself very busy. The location is great very close to shopping centers the traffic tends to be a little heavier in the area. I wanted to stay in this area because my church is nearby and all my friends are as well. The staff has been very helpful and nice.

The Cottages are nice and a good size. However, not updated. More like living in the 80's nothing modern and the cheapest things that can put in. You pay for everything extra you would like to have such as privacy fence, storm door and a few more things. They have no amenities. Such as a club house, pool, exercise room, side walks. These are advertised as Luxury Living. Price is above market value and keeps going up. For what you get in the way of amenities and no updating. However, the neighbors are wonderful, full of life and fun. We Independents do quite a bit things together. I don't dislike living here the cottages are very roomie and convenient to shopping, restaurants and other activities.
