Bellevue Villages

Actually I would give all 5's, it was a great experience all around and they are still responsive to me. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Bellevue Village at Neese Road community to other families based on the experience.

As soon as you walk into Bellevue Village at Neese Road you can feel the fun and love. Residents always look happy and the staff treat them like family. My dad enjoys his time here and has made several new friends. While no one is perfect, they always have an open door to listen and address concerns promptly. I am thankful for this community.

The staff at The Village at Bellevue are kind, friendly, and supportive. My brother loves the food and appreciates the kitchen staff's willingness to substitute items for things he doesn't like. There are lots of activities to choose from. We are all pleased with our choice.

I have been a resident here for 5 years and this place has been my home sweet home. I came with 2 broken legs and bad health with the help of several staff member helped bring me back to a better me, physically, mentally and socially. The food here is cooked with love. We have great activities with several options of outing, religious opportunities and social times with friend. I love my home and family here!

I want to start off by thanking the staff and management at Bellevue Village for the support, care and love given to me since moving here the end of April 2025. Not really knowing what to expect when I got here, I was quite nervous. It did not take long before I felt at home. I am now close and even friends with most everyone here. I came here with challenging physical disabilities and it really wasn't long at all before I knew I had come to the right place and especially the right people. I do not feel like my physical challenges are a burden and everyone – wonderful caregivers, technicians, and management, who always seem to be working as a team, have made my life so much easier and much more comfortable There are always fun and entertaining activities scheduled every day, including several that are spiritually based. I moved my Mother to The Village at Bellevue early June. Her health had declined at her previous residence and I felt she was not receiving the level of care she needed. Since moving to The Village her overall condition, both cognitively and physically, has improved significantly. Caregivers are cheerful, kind and attentive to her needs. The facility is very clean and she is happy with the food service. I am very pleased with my decision for my mother to become a part of the Village community.

I have been very happy with the care my mom is receiving from Bellevue Village at Neese Road. The whole move-in process was handled beautifully and Alyssa was a tremendous help. She took a lot of the stress away from my family during this transition. Everyone we have met so far have been extremely welcoming. Community is clean and updated.

VB has been such a blessing for my mom and for me. It has given me freedom that I did not have when I was caregiving full time. The facility is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The staff encourages relationships among residents and they also have relationships with the residents. I feel that my mom is loved and cared for.

I visited a lot of communities while searching for the “perfect vibe”. I found it at The Village at Bellevue. The community is filled with love, laughter and feels like home! The care and close - knit community is a perfect fit for my family! When I walk out the front door, I feel confident that my loved one is safe , happy and well cared for!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff here. In our opinion, they went above and beyond to help us with not only placement, but offering continued education and guidance as we went through the many stages of aging and loss with our loved ones.

Bellevue Village has been a true breath of fresh air for a fantastic bunch of people who take good care of my mother-in-law along with the hospice caregivers I couldn't ask for anything better, very blessed.

The staff is very friendly, like family, respects the residents and calls them Ms or Mr first name. They keep the place neat. The food is actually good, per my brother who ate with my mom. There could be more activities on the schedule, but that could be a staff issue. The move in was good, but would recommend a weekday for that. You can call and speak with concierge or nurse and they can get you answers regarding your relative and how they are doing. They assess the person and their needs in the first 30 days to see if the care plan needs to be updated(meds, reminders, other services). There is a podiatrist, pharmacy, doctor, hair salon that you can book for loved ones appointments. I would recommend the facility at this point, but it has only been 30 days. It has given the family peace of mind. Once mom accepts her situation, I would like to see her go on some outings or sit outside in the courtyard when the weather warms up enough for her.

Our family had an in person tour with The Village at Bellevue and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and we liked the activities that were available to the residents.

[name removed] is the worst manager - she is rude, does not care for my concerns and talks over me when I try to explain my issues - she is the only person that is this way. Her title is executive director. If she as not here it would (and was before her) the best place to live

I moved here last month, not wanting to leave my home, but now I could not be happier - I'm so glad I moved here. Everyone is nice, clean and the food is great

My husband was a resident at Legacy Ridge at Woodstock. The staff here are very nice. Communication with the family could use some improvement. I didn't eat the food, but my husband did not like it. However, his taste buds were not the best. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

They have been great! They are very attentive and kind to my mother. The staff is amazing! We would recommend the Legacy Ridge Neese Road to other families.

They have a new nurse who is wonderful. She takes care of all my minor needs. All the staff is friendly and caring. 5 stars all the way.
