My mom has been very happy since moving in and stays busy with all the activities available. The staff is incredibly attentive, and I really appreciate that they remind residents about breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If someone doesn't come down for a meal, they check on them, and if needed, they make sure a meal is brought to their room. She also loves the laundry service. She puts her clothes out on Sunday and has them back by Monday morning. We labeled all of her clothing, and although there was one small mix-up, it was resolved without any issues. The housekeeping staff cleans her room once a week, strips and remakes her bed, which makes things much easier for her. One of her favorite activities is bingo, which is offered three times a week. She also enjoys the music that's often playing in the common areas, attending the rosary and Catholic services, and relaxing on the front porch. She hasn't used the hair or nail salon yet, but it's nice that those services are available. I also haven't heard any complaints about the food. In fact, her doctor is very pleased that she's eating much better than she did when she was living alone. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience, and it's reassuring to know she's well cared for and enjoying her new home.

My aunt is very happy being there. There are a ton of activities that are always going on and you can be as involved or not involved as you want to be. The staff is fantastic and she has never complained about the food.

Every day, I am thoroughly impressed with how wonderful of a facility Grove Manor really is. My aunt is very happy there and engages and all their activities. Maintenance is remarkable. Staff is phenomenal. [name removed] runs the front of the house. I have never felt so informed and cared for by an individual. I had never met. The facility is extremely clean and offers services for everything.

I would highly recommend this facility.

What we liked the most about the Grove Manor Estates is that they took loving care of my husband and were always very kind towards me as well. Someone was always available for me to speak with. My husband has since passed away.

[name removed] was outstanding. Helpful, responsive and caring. Lisa in the memory care unit showed so much compassion and patience towards all the memory care residents. The staff in memory care were always available to care for my Mom. Great job by all.

I would 100% recommend this facility to others. The food is phenomenal. The staff is always attentive to all demands in and out of the room. The facility is very clean. There are plenty of daily activities for all to enjoy. I will also add that [name removed] , GM , is the nicest, easiest person to deal with in going through this process. From touring, pricing, availability. He makes the process enjoyable.

It's very clean and beautiful there the surroundings make it peaceful there's just enough people there but not to many that my mom doesn't feel alone and I get the sense that everyone there is doing their best. She really likes it and every time I go I'm impressed with everything they do for the seniors there, and the surroundings

We are overall very satisfied with each step of the onboarding process. The marketing/move in director is wonderful and he truly went above and beyond. We are so glad to have Grove Manor Estates as the place for our mom. I would definitely recommend to other families.

The warmth of the staff stood out to me at this facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Grove Manor Estates is a beautiful facility and they do a wonderful job making sure the residents are engaged and participating. If they see someone that has not come to the activities or dining hall, the staff go to check on them and ask them questions to see if anything is wrong. They never ignore someone's needs and they never hesitate to call families no matter how big or small an update might be. The apartments are spacious and easily accessible. They have different layouts to accommodate needs, some are big enough to fit a kitchen table and couches. Our moms favorite thing is when they take all the residents downstairs to listen to a gentlemen sing and play the piano. They also have bingo, board games, word games and painting classes. They also will put a question on a white board to help engage the residents intellectually. For instance once question the other day was "what would you use for a toothbrush if you didn't have one?" We appreciate the new things they come up for to engage the residents.

We toured with Grove Manor Estates and everyone was very friendly, but the facility itself looked outdated. I think for the right person this would be a great fit, but it was just not the right place for my loved one and what we were looking for.

The staff is amazing. They are very welcoming and friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. The general feeling and culture there is very warm. My mom is in a really great place. She's made a ton of friends already. She likes the food. They keep the residents busy. They've been able to do this really well, given the fact that Covid is still going on. I know lots of places are having a hard time finding workers and everything. But I think they're doing a really good job, despite all the challenges that Covid brings.

There wasn't anything that i didn't really like. The only thing that i did not care for was that the memory care was on the second floor and he would have had to get taken down the elevator to go anywhere. The tour guide was very upfront and helpful.

My parents were starting to grumble after a week or two that they didn't like it there, they didn't like the person who was sitting with them at dinner. They thought it was just a bunch of old people there. So they decided to leave and had a record short stay there. But I thought it was a very good facility. I contacted the dining room manager about the dining issue, and they corrected it immediately. All this happened over a holiday vacation weekend, but as soon as they came back, they got back to me. I met with eh director and the head nurse, and they sent a psychologist to go talk to my parents. They were all wonderful. It was just my parents that were difficult.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The overall care and concern for the residents stand out to me. My loved one likes the food and looks forward to the desserts. They have concerts, singing, exercise, classes, arts and crafts, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

This facility felt like a vacation resort. It was beautiful. The individual rooms were large with wonderful windows. The common areas were elegant.

During the three months our loved one was there they were wonderful. We really liked the place, the rooms were nice and everyone was friendly. Due to covid the food was being delivered to the rooms and at times it was served cold. For awhile he was able to eat lunch in the dining room and he did seem to really like the food then. They did have activities like bingo, our loved one just did not always participate.

It was lovely and had every thing she needs. Price was too high for her.
