LOVED [name removed] ! So helpful and neat. She did so many things to help mom that we didn't expect her to do. Kept the house clean and neat. Labeled food in the fridge. Lots of things! Very dependable. I really didn't get to know the other girls. I will ask mom and pass on the information. An excellent demeanor for care

HomeWell caregivers have given my mom great care and have made her home a safe, clean, cheerful environment

The caregiver that comes to my home is very helpful and easy to be around. Willing to assist me with all things. She also walks my dog with me walking along. The agency is also easy to work with.

My caregiver did an excellent job helping me with housekeeping while I was off my feet. Plus, she was good company.

Staff was exceptionally good with my mother... having dementia is challenging and the staff was caring, concerning and friendly and my mom enjoyed their help and care

We had just started using HomeWell when my husband with Parkinson's ended up in the hospital and then a rehab center. They stayed in contact with me during the month and we restarted after he was discharged. So far so good! The caregivers have been very nice and helpful and I've been very impressed by their flexibility and attention to our particular needs. I definitely recommend them.

We appreciated the reliability, friendliness and willingness to do what was requested.

They have been very accommodating. The help have been on time, very friendly, introduce themselves to my husband as soon as they arrive. They take over and ask him if he needs anything or while I'm gone if there is anything they can do for me. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling was easy, care was wonderful. Really cannot complain.

5 for all except probably a 4 for quality of care because the care was not consistent. It depended who was the care giver that day. The staff is very responsive & professional to work with. All the caregivers were trust worthy and responsible.

We have had all really good caregivers through Homewell Care Services of Cincinnati! No complaints!

Took care of my neighbor's parents when they had to move them in because they were so ill. Homewell provided care for them for years and didn't skip a beat. I was there for almost every day of it. Both parents had a long-term care policy which Homewell accepted and everything went smoothly. The caregivers were very experienced and knew what they were doing. They really paid attention to safety.

You had referred me to HomeWell for services and they were a god send. You helped place my mom when I had no one to turn to. I very much appreciated that my information was never sold and I didn't receive a bunch of calls or emails. I have highly recommended your company to several people

I rate the overall experience as very high. I was being served in my home, twice a week. Each person greeted me warmly and also with professionalism. They all sought out ways they could help me that I hadn't thought of. They treated me with dignity.

Comments: they've had some very, very good caregivers and a few fill-ins/temp ones who were not doing much at all. One or two I saw myself by chance. My cousin was there and caught another one. The person they've had most often is very nice and helpful. They have just started asking the caregiver if she could cook a few meals and they say she does a great job. She was originally 4 hr/day but is now 8 for about 5 or 6 weeks. I'm convincing Leroy that they need at least that much help each day.
