Everyone that we've had contact with has been so nice and so helpful. All the common areas are so clean and bright and pleasant. My dad has only had great things to say about the food. He has enjoyed many of the activities. There's just always something going on there it seems. Group talks, lectures, trivia, games, bingo, crafts, etc. My Dad has a studio apartment and that's perfect for him. Plenty of room for what he needs.

Toured this facility while determining the best care options for my wife. Collier Park is impressive both in accommodations and care options. We decided to secure a care agreement to both secure an appropriate housing/care arrangement and affordable pricing while our family evaluated next steps for our loved one's recovery process.

Everyone I encountered was very accommodating and helpful; even the residents themselves. I was given a grand tour, and given time to absorb and think about myself there, as an assisted living resident. I was able to sit down in private and ask financial questions also. I was given very helpful information and invited to take my time to ensure I was making the best decision for myself.

Hi, I met with [name removed] for our tour of the facility. [name removed] is very nice and very knowledgeable. All of the staff that we saw and spoke with were wonderful. Even one of the residents had us doing puzzles. lol. The facility is very clean, I loved the dining room, and all of the activities they offer. Even a movie theater! I can see me and mom spending time together watching a movie and eating popcorn. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend a tour to anybody interested.

I was very impressed with the overall tour… and the friendliness of the staff the patient room were very well situated. And the coordinated was well informed and helpful with my questions.

[Name removed] was amazing. She stayed focused on what we needed. She was patient, kind, with her time and genuine. The residents seemed happy and the staff was great.

My mom has been there since last October and everything seems to be going very well. She has made many friends and tells me she is happy with everything.

The Magnolia is a beautiful Community! Spacious accommodations and the most helpful and friendly staff!

Welcoming community. Spoke with several, all claimed to be happy. Director of sales was wonderful. Explained pricing and the community with activities. Not a posh place but nice.

#5 some key positions open; #6 new chef now hired; #7 too much bingo, would prefer more educational presentations, visitors from NASA, zoo, nature, museums, etc. Several staff in leadership positions have been promoted from within the setting, several have been there more than 5 years. I appreciate the continuity and perspective they bring. We liked the size of the community, open feel of community spaces, size of 1 bedroom apartment, friendly staff and front desk, very approachable Executive Director.

Very pretty place inside and outside with a friendly staff. Our tour guide [name removed] was very friendly and helpful. The units are beautiful.

The facility is well kept. The cafeteria, exercise area, recreation room, and rooms make you feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have found that the staff is professional and capable. Number two I have found that the meal selection which is a very large part of this experience is varied and creative number three. I found that the various activities have been planned and are helpful in nature. Number four I have found that transportation that is offered to the residents to be very helpful and will be all that is necessary with a little proper planning

I love living here! It is such a blessing. The staff are all kind and respectful. The food is good with lots of choices. The activities are interesting. My apartment is almost too big for me. My husband likes it too. My son (who has down syndrome and lives with me) has made lots of friends and activities keep him busy. Thank you for guiding me to The Atrium.

The staff is welcoming and helpful and kind. They all know my dad well at this point and are very good to him. There are always activities (planned out a month in advance and listed on their calendar). Weekly shopping trips, group games, live entertainment, bus tours, you name it. Independent living is served one meal a day (lunch), which is a full meal served in their dining room. It is clean, bright, and cheerful. I have never encountered a mess or messy appearance and I visit my dad 1-2 times a week. Finally, the apartment is bigger than I expected. Full private bathroom. Full private kitchen. Spacious living room and bedroom. The price is phenomenal. I love The Willows.

Of the 6 places I visited, this was the best; by far. We knew this was it on the spot. Everything made our experience positive. The place is new, clean, well laid out, t he people where friendly and attentive. The environment was warm and nice; kind of like a good hotel. And it was reasonably priced, by comparison, and conveniently located.

The food service and dining service are horrible. It literally takes 20-30 minutes for someone to come and get drink orders and get them to you. Then it's 10-15 minutes for them to come back and get your food order and then another 20-30 minutes to bring food out. I have yet to get a hot meal. An "always available" menu is set but if you order a hamburger with everything on it you'll likely get hamburger patty on a bun. No condiments or anything else. I received two apartment keys when I moved in on [date removed]. One didn't work so I turned it in and requested a replacement and have yet to get one.

Mr. [name removed] was very attentive to my father's needs and made the transition smooth. My father enjoys the food, and it was wonderful that he was able to bring his two cats to live with him. The apartment sizes are good and provide comfortable living space. Overall, the experience has been positive, though the lighting in some areas could be improved.

Nice place, friendly staff. I love all the porches. They think of all your needs. Library, beauty shop, and podiatrist are all there at certain times for convenience.
