Our experience was great. We visited 2 times before deciding on Avery Village. The staff was friendly and the administrators were accommodating. We felt like everyone truly enjoyed working there, which was way different than the vibe we got at most places. It's an older facility but very clean. The rooms are smaller than some but I feel like that may help keep residents from parking in their rooms long term. They have plenty of activities and other perks like on site doctor's visits, physical therapy and a hair salon. The food seems pretty good most days - but it's hard to please everyone all the time. Probably the best thing is that I can get in touch with the leadership quickly if needed. Avery is our third assisted living and it has been the only place I can honestly say that we can get someone on the phone if we have an issue. Overall we are very pleased with Avery Village.

Staff are attentive and very friendly, warm in their interactions with residents. OT and PT on staff has been beneficial to my brother's functioning. The common areas are always clean and inviting. My brother's room and bathroom are cleaned every day very well. Meals are well prepared and tasty, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Transportation to medical appointments is excellent. Overall, Avery Village meets all my brother's needs, delivered in a warm, friendly, peaceful environment.

Positive = many of the people there do good work and care about the people - many are kind and helpful during the hardest and most difficult time in a person's/family's life Negative= cleaning of the room is not consistent - floors are not always clean. Cable/TV service has not been good and no one seems to know what to do about TV service -- when the person who is the resident and completely bed ridden, the TV is extremely important - this is one of the top negatives

I had to get my mom out of the last home ASAP, and a place for mom recommended this one. To be honest money matters. My mom is almost out of money. My mom is cared for, the last place was bad. The only thing I did not know, they do not have memory care. It is a great place and my mom likes it too!

Friendly and Kind staff! They are always super helpful and very well rounded with the work they do. Very pleased with this community! The food is also great and their kitchen staff is always willing to make accommodations!

They were easy to work with as far as visiting and moving in (the day after Christmas.) They were the ONLY place we visited where we were smiled at and greeted by the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

I toured Kennesaw Village not long ago and had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and friendly, answered all of my questions and provided a great experience. The building was clean and beautiful. The residents seemed happy and well cared for which is most important! I would recommend touring this facility and seeing all it has to offer.

I recently toured Country Village, and it is a beautiful place. Staff is friendly and helpful; they seem to genuinely love and enjoy their residents within the facility. The building was clean and well kept! It has a charming and close-knit feel; it has so much character and will be a great home for my grandmother. I highly recommend coming and touring this facility.

Very clean facility with very friendly staff. I enjoy the small size as it makes it very cozy and inviting. They have a very full activities calendar as well which makes me happy!

I just toured this assisted living community and was truly impressed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, and the community felt clean, comfortable, and like a true home. You can tell residents are treated with dignity and respect. This is the first community I felt confident trusting my loved one’s care here.

My dad has lived at Kennesaw Village for almost year now. I can’t say enough how happy we are with our choice The care staff is amazing . The activity director is a breath of fresh air and brings such joy to all residents. The community is clean and organized and recently remodeled. My dad has been in larger and fancier facilities before but we never had a great experience. If you are looking a great place for your loved one, look no further.

Very nice and clean. The residents were engaged in activities and the smiles on their faces was so rewarding. The workers were very tentative to the residents and seem to enjoy being there. The management staff was very helpful as well. I’m excited to visit again.

Coming from someone who has been in Assisted living since 2020, this assisted living is by far the best one yet. The care is great and the care staff meets all my needs. Since moving here I feel like I have become a part of one big happy family. The owner has purchased us a large bus to be able to get out and explore and spend more time out in the community. I have been able to host some Bible study and be involved all the activities. It’s easy being the resident ambassador, because I believe in what I’m sharing. If you are looking for a great home come out and visit us you won’t be disappointed.

Yes, I would recommend the community to others. My inlaws are treated well. The staff is friendly and caring. I was hoping that my in laws would get involved in the activities, but they don't participate. I'm not sure if that is because of the choice of activities, they just don't want to participate, or they aren't encouraged to participate. In general they are ok with the food, but they have had a few complaints about amount and quality. I have no other places to compare to so I don't know if the activities and food are better or worse than other places.

Very pleasant experience, excellent staff. My mother has no complaints so far. Staff seams to be very attentive to all residents. I go almost every day and most residents are some kind of activity. My dad goes and sits with my mother for a couple of hours every weekend and seems to enjoy it.
