The staff at Atlas Pointe was warm and welcoming and were prepared to show us several apartments that might fit our needs. The facility is brightly colored but the hallways were a little too dim and could be changed with different lighting. The apartments were large with lots of windows for natural light and a large balcony. There is vehicle noise from the street which was better from the 3rd floor apartment we chose. The swimming pool area was beautiful with lots of inviting setting areas. There are many activities to take part in and several ways to meet people and enjoy life.

Since the 1st visit to inquire about the property, the manager & staff answered every question & addressed all requests. One request, for example, was that we wanted to keep our own set of washer and dryer, and they agreed to remove the set that was already in the unit.

We had a full tour of the facility and had all our questions answered. The staff were friendly and considerate and very generous with their time. There were some things which did not fit with our needs, like the inflexible food plan which requires you to pay for three meals a day. The location near highway 99 was too noisy outdoors for us. Indoors it was not a problem. We just felt that overall for us it wasn't the right fit. But I would encourage others to tour it.

I give Sunstone Village 5 stars. I have been very happy here, my final place. Staff here has been wonderful, and helpful. When I needed something take care of, they never hesitated. I never had to wait. My needs were met in a timely manner. So far I have attended the chair exercises and water aerobics. There are lots of activities offered, I have not been engaged yet, my place is clean, my 1 bedroom is spacious, up to date appliances. I have no complaints, I will and have recommended this place to others.

I like the nice people I have met and yes I would recommend the community to others.

This facility (Atlas Point, Carrollton) is truly amazing. The staff was very friendly and sincerely focused on my interests. The apartments are roomy and bright and very affordable with the benefits that are available.

I took a virtual tour of Atlas Point at Prestonwood and I was very impressed with the beautiful pictures. It is a very nice looking facility. I also talked to the knowledgeable and friendly employees and they were all upfront about explaining everything. Thanks to everyone for your help!!

I love it. Very friendly staff and residents. It is welcoming and the garden plots are so special. Lots of activities and field trips.

I moved here 5 weeks ago and have had great experiences. The staff, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] all are very responsive to any question or problem. They make you feel like you are the only person they need to care about! The residents are all very friendly and quick to make you feel welcome.

[name removed] and [name removed] are fantastic. They care and are very accommodative. They treat my mother with respect and are very attentive to her well-being.

The staff tries hard to see that anything that needs fixing is attended to quickly. We stay busy with activities. We are happy here.

This is a lovely property. A variety of activities are available The apartments are very spacious and attractive The staff was welcoming. I certainly will consider Hanover Place and tell others about it

Constant turnover with assistant manager. Something is wrong here. The new hire doesn't stay. The last one we had left within two weeks. We the residents don't like the constant change.

I looked at the one bedroom and really, really liked it for my mother-in-law, Apt [removed] overlooks the pool and the Gym is right next to it also overlooked pool. The beauty shop and nail salon was close to elevator which was a plus. Great tour guide and she was going to waive some upfront expenses- Even pointed out we could add turf to the patio for pups to piddle first thing in AM without having to trek the halls. Transport to Drs appointments included.Very affordable and good value for services available.

We enjoyed the thorough tour and visit. Within the next week, we will summarize all our visits with [Name Removed] our Mom. She again voiced a concern about the lack of washer/dryer in her unit, but we still need to discuss the feasibility of all her options. Thanks, Hank

Yes it is a wonderful place. I love it for my brother the apartments are big and roomy inside with updated floor plans. A lot to do in the fitness room, dining room, library, and church service. A very active community.
